Способ формирования контейнера из заготовки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащий этап соединения первой части каждой промежуточной секции со стеночной панелью, когда заготовка сложена в плоскую конфигурацию.6. Способ по п. 5, также содержащий последовательные этапы сгибания стеночной

Claims (14)

1. Заготовка для формирования контейнера с корпусом контейнера и закраинной секцией на кромке корпуса контейнера, содержащая две связанные перекрывающиеся закраинные панели, при этом заготовка содержит стеночные панели для формирования корпуса контейнера с промежуточными секциями между ними, причем первая из указанных накладывающихся закраинных панелей проходит от каждой промежуточной секции, и вторая из указанных накладывающихся закраинных панелей проходит по меньшей мере от одной стеночной панели, примыкающей к каждой промежуточной секции, отличающаяся тем, что промежуточные секции сформированы в двух асимметричных частях с линией сгиба между ними.
2. Заготовка по п. 1, в которой промежуточные секции также снабжены дополнительными областями термосвариваемой пленки для расположения между накладывающимися закраинными панелями таким образом, что термосвариваемая пленка связывает указанные перекрывающиеся закраинные панели друг с другом для формирования закраины завершенного контейнера.
3. Заготовка по п. 2, в которой расположены дополнительные области термосвариваемой пленки между концами указанных первой и второй накладывающихся закраинных панелей.
4. Заготовка по п. 3, в которой указанные концы указанных первой и второй накладывающихся закраинных панелей имеют вырезы для увеличения областей термосвариваемой пленки.
5. Способ формирования контейнера из заготовки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащий этап соединения первой части каждой промежуточной секции со стеночной панелью, когда заготовка сложена в плоскую конфигурацию.
6. Способ по п. 5, также содержащий последовательные этапы сгибания стеночной панели на заданный угол относительно нижней панели, загибания накладывающихся закраинных панелей наружу от стеночной панели и связывания накладывающихся закраинных панелей друг с другом.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором закраинные панели связывают друг с другом после заполнения контейнера.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором закраинные панели связывают друг с другом посредством термосваривания крышки с закраинными панелями.
9. Контейнер, сформированный из согнутой заготовки по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором указанные накладывающиеся закраинные панели связаны друг с другом для поддержания формы корпуса контейнера.
10. Контейнер по п. 9, в котором накладывающиеся закраинные панели связаны друг с другом посредством термосваривания.
11. Контейнер по п. 9, в котором слой термосвариваемой пленки загнут назад на себя в двух местоположениях посредством сгибания заготовки для получения зигзагообразной складки в термосвариваемой пленке.
12. Контейнер по любому из пп. 9-11, в котором накладывающиеся закраинные панели связаны друг с другом, когда крышка наложена на контейнер.
13. Контейнер по п. 12, в котором накладывающиеся закраинные панели связаны друг с другом посредством процесса термосваривания крышки для закрывания контейнера.
14. Контейнер по п. 12, в котором крышка содержит одну или более линий ослабления для образования разрывного проема для контейнера.
