Abstract
1. Гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное, представленное общей формулой:в которой R выбран из группы, состоящей из следующих радикалов: радикала формулы (I),,(II) НООССНСОСО-, (III) НООССНСНСОСО- и (IV) атома водорода.2. Гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное по п. 1, которое получают тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.3. Гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное по п. 1, которое входит в состав продукта, полученного тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.4. Способ индукции белка теплового шока, антистрессового действия или регуляции автономной нервной системы, заключающийся в том, что вводят гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное, представленное общей формулой:в которой R выбран из группы, состоящей из следующих радикалов: радикала формулы (I),,(II) НООССНСОСО-, (III) НООССНСНСОСО- и (IV) атома водорода.5. Способ по п. 4, в котором гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное получают тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.6. Способ по п. 4, в котором гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное входит в состав продукта, полученного тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.7. Способ получения гидроксиметилфурфурального производного, представленного общей формулой:в которой R выбран из группы, состоящей из следующих радикалов: радикала формулы (I),,(II) НООССНСОСО-, (III) НООССНСНСОСО- и (IV) атома водорода, заключающийся в том, что осуществляют стадию обработки стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.8. Способ получения гидроксиметилфурфурального производного по п. 7, дополнительно включающий стадию ферментативной обработки.

2. Гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное по п. 1, которое получают тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.
3. Гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное по п. 1, которое входит в состав продукта, полученного тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.
4. Способ индукции белка теплового шока, антистрессового действия или регуляции автономной нервной системы, заключающийся в том, что вводят гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное, представленное общей формулой:
в которой R выбран из группы, состоящей из следующих радикалов: радикала формулы (I),
(II) НООССН2СОСО-, (III) НООССН2СН2СОСО- и (IV) атома водорода.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное получают тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.
6. Способ по п. 4, в котором гидроксиметилфурфуральное производное входит в состав продукта, полученного тепловой обработкой стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.
7. Способ получения гидроксиметилфурфурального производного, представленного общей формулой:
в которой R выбран из группы, состоящей из следующих радикалов: радикала формулы (I),
(II) НООССН2СОСО-, (III) НООССН2СН2СОСО- и (IV) атома водорода, заключающийся в том, что осуществляют стадию обработки стебля спаржи с использованием горячей воды.
8. Способ получения гидроксиметилфурфурального производного по п. 7, дополнительно включающий стадию ферментативной обработки.
