Abstract

1. Приводное устройство (1B) дозирующего смесительного аппарата (1A) для многокомпонентных веществ, предпочтительно для многокомпонентных адгезивных веществ, которое содержит:по меньшей мере два устройства (2, 3) для размещения контейнеров, причем устройства выполнены с возможностью размещения сменных контейнеров (2.1, 3.1) с отдельными компонентами вещества, иустройство выпуска, выполненное с возможностью одновременной выгрузки компонентов вещества из контейнеров через выпускные отверстия для компонентов при помощи выпускных поршней (11, 16), причем поршни выполнены с возможностью вхождения в устройства для размещения контейнеров или в контейнеры, и по меньшей мере один выпускной поршень (11) содержит резьбу, которая может производить продвижение поршня посредством вращения, и смесительное устройство (17), соединенное с выпускными отверстиями для компонентов и выполненное с возможностью смешивания выгруженных компонентов вещества и выгрузки компонентов вещества в смешанном состоянии;блок передачи (8) для соединения с приводным двигателем (9), предпочтительно электрического; ивыпускной стержень (5), выполненный в виде шпинделя, для выпускного поршня, имеющего резьбу, который в задней части его продольного протяжения, с точки зрения положения при использовании, содержит шпиндельную секцию (5b) с криволинейными зубьями без самостопорения, а на переднем конце содержит элемент сцепления (5а) для вхождения в зацепление в выпускном поршне, причем блок передачи содержит ведомое колесо (29), подогнанное к криволинейным зубьям шпиндельной секции.2. Claims (14)

1. Приводное устройство (1B) дозирующего смесительного аппарата (1A) для многокомпонентных веществ, предпочтительно для многокомпонентных адгезивных веществ, которое содержит:
по меньшей мере два устройства (2, 3) для размещения контейнеров, причем устройства выполнены с возможностью размещения сменных контейнеров (2.1, 3.1) с отдельными компонентами вещества, и
устройство выпуска, выполненное с возможностью одновременной выгрузки компонентов вещества из контейнеров через выпускные отверстия для компонентов при помощи выпускных поршней (11, 16), причем поршни выполнены с возможностью вхождения в устройства для размещения контейнеров или в контейнеры, и по меньшей мере один выпускной поршень (11) содержит резьбу, которая может производить продвижение поршня посредством вращения, и смесительное устройство (17), соединенное с выпускными отверстиями для компонентов и выполненное с возможностью смешивания выгруженных компонентов вещества и выгрузки компонентов вещества в смешанном состоянии;
блок передачи (8) для соединения с приводным двигателем (9), предпочтительно электрического; и
выпускной стержень (5), выполненный в виде шпинделя, для выпускного поршня, имеющего резьбу, который в задней части его продольного протяжения, с точки зрения положения при использовании, содержит шпиндельную секцию (5b) с криволинейными зубьями без самостопорения, а на переднем конце содержит элемент сцепления (5а) для вхождения в зацепление в выпускном поршне, причем блок передачи содержит ведомое колесо (29), подогнанное к криволинейным зубьям шпиндельной секции.
2. Приводное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что шпиндельная секция (5b) с криволинейными зубьями содержит ход зубьев между 45 и 65° и предпочтительно между 50 и 61°.
3. Приводное устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что выпускной стержень в виде шпинделя (5), по существу, выполнен из стали, а ведомое колесо (29) с внутренним зацеплением, по существу, выполнено из пластмассы.
4. Приводное устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что предложен элемент торможения (31, 31′) в передней секции выпускного стержня (5), снаружи шпиндельной секции (5b) с криволинейными зубьями для обеспечения осевого движения выпускного стержня даже во время работы без нагрузки.
5. Приводное устройство по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что элемент торможения (31′) выполнен как пластиковый тормоз.
6. Приводное устройство по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что элемент торможения выполнен как корпус (31) с витой пружиной.
7. Приводное устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что предложен элемент маркировки положения (31) на выпускном стержне (5) в виде шпинделя предпочтительно для оптического распознавания осевого положения выпускного стержня и, соответственно, выпускного поршня (11), находящегося в зацеплении с ним.
8. Приводное устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что элемент маркировки положения образован элементом торможения (31) или прикреплен к нему.
9. Приводное устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что элемент сцепления (5а) расположен на конце ведущего стержня (5) и выполнен как многоугольный элемент, Torx-элемент или как кулачковый элемент.
10. Приводное устройство по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что элемент сцепления (5а), соответствующий элементу сцепления на выпускном поршне, выполнен как элемент с самопозиционированием.

Приводное устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что блок передачи (8) содержит планетарный блок передачи (22) приводного двигателя с главным ведомым колесом (23), а выключаемое соединительное устройство (24) содержит первый соединительный элемент (24а) с ведущей шестерней, входящей в зацепление с главным ведомым колесом, и второй соединительный элемент (24b), выполненный как ведомое колесо (29) с внутренним зацеплением блока передачи.
12. Приводное устройство по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что выключаемое соединительное устройство выполнено в виде кулачковой муфты (24).
13. Приводное устройство по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что блок передачи (8) выполнен с возможностью приведения в движение выпускного поршня (11), содержащего резьбу, и по меньшей мере одного дополнительного выпускного поршня (16) для другого компонента, приводимого в движение по зубчатой рейке (4), а также он содержит подвижный узел (19), который является подвижным в осевом направлении под действием обратного давления во время выгрузки другого компонента, а второй соединительный элемент (24b) выключаемого соединительного устройства (24) жестко связан в осевом направлении с подвижным узлом таким образом, чтобы он передвигался вместе с этим узлом в силу обратного давления и, в результате, входил в зацепление с первым соединительным элементом (24а), во время выгрузки второго компонента.
14. Дозирующий смесительный аппарат (1) для многокомпонентных веществ, предпочтительно для многокомпонентных адгезивов, содержащий приводное устройство (1B) по одному из предшествующих пунктов со встроенным электрическим приводным двигателем (9) и аккумуляторным источником питания (15) для него, а также рабочий блок и блок управления (13, 14).
