Abstract
1. Способ борьбы с насекомыми, который включает экспонирование к насекомым растений сои, резистентных к насекомым, где указанные растения сои содержат последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из п.о. 1385-1415 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 1350-1450 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 1300-1500 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 1200-1600 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 137-168 из SEQ ID NO:2, п.о. 103-203 из SEQ ID NO:2 и п.о. 3-303 из SEQ ID NO:2, где в указанной последовательности диагностировано присутствие объекта сои 9582.814.19.1, чтобы, таким образом, бороться с насекомыми.2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанными насекомыми являются Pseudoplusia includens (соевая пяденица).3. Claims (12)
1. Способ борьбы с насекомыми, который включает экспонирование к насекомым растений сои, резистентных к насекомым, где указанные растения сои содержат последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из п.о. 1385-1415 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 1350-1450 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 1300-1500 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 1200-1600 из SEQ ID NO:1, п.о. 137-168 из SEQ ID NO:2, п.о. 103-203 из SEQ ID NO:2 и п.о. 3-303 из SEQ ID NO:2, где в указанной последовательности диагностировано присутствие объекта сои 9582.814.19.1, чтобы, таким образом, бороться с насекомыми.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанными насекомыми являются Pseudoplusia includens (соевая пяденица).

9. Семя растения по п.8.
10. Растение сои или его часть по п.8, включающие последовательность ДНК с последовательностью, по меньшей мере на 95% идентичную SEQ ID NO:14, где указанное растение сои депонировано в американской коллекции типовых культур под номером доступа зарегистрированного образца PTA-12006.
11. Композиция, полученная из растения сои или его частей по п.8, где указанная композиция является товарным продуктом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из соевого пищевого продукта, соевого порошка, концентрата белка соевого белка и соевого масла.
12.
