Abstract
1. Устройство очистки отработанных газов теплового двигателя, содержащее керамическую подложку катализатора, имеющую удельную поверхность больше или равную 20 м/г и содержащую систему кристаллитов одинакового размера, одинаковой изодиаметрической морфологии и одинакового химического состава или, по существу, одинакового размера, одинаковой изодиаметрической морфологии и одинакового химического состава, причем кристаллиты имеют эквивалентный средний диаметр от 2 до 20 нм, и причем каждый кристаллит находится в точечном или квазиточечном контакте с окружающими его кристаллитами, и на которую нанесена по меньшей мере одна фаза, активная в отношении химической деструкции загрязнений в отработанном газе.2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что система кристаллитов в высшей степени предпочтительно является гексагональной плотной упаковкой или кубической гранецентрированной упаковкой, в которой каждый кристаллит находится в точечном или квазиточечном контакте с максимум 12 другими кристаллитами в трехмерном пространстве.3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что указанная система состоит из оксида алюминия (AlO), или оксида церия (CeO), стабилизированного или нет оксидом гадолиния, или из оксида циркония (ZrO), стабилизированного или нет оксидом иттрия, или из шпинельной фазы, или из оксида лантана (LaO), или оксида магния, или оксида кремния, или из смеси одного или нескольких из этих соединений.4. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что кристаллиты имеют, по существу, сферическую форму.5. Устройство по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что кристаллиты имеют эквивалентный средний диаметр от 5 до 15 нм.6. Устройство по п. 1 �
Claims (11)
1. Устройство очистки отработанных газов теплового двигателя, содержащее керамическую подложку катализатора, имеющую удельную поверхность больше или равную 20 м2/г и содержащую систему кристаллитов одинакового размера, одинаковой изодиаметрической морфологии и одинакового химического состава или, по существу, одинакового размера, одинаковой изодиаметрической морфологии и одинакового химического состава, причем кристаллиты имеют эквивалентный средний диаметр от 2 до 20 нм, и причем каждый кристаллит находится в точечном или квазиточечном контакте с окружающими его кристаллитами, и на которую нанесена по меньшей мере одна фаза, активная в отношении химической деструкции загрязнений в отработанном газе.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что система кристаллитов в высшей степени предпочтительно является гексагональной плотной упаковкой или кубической гранецентрированной упаковкой, в которой каждый кристаллит находится в точечном или квазиточечном контакте с максимум 12 другими кристаллитами в трехмерном пространстве.

Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что указанная система состоит из оксида алюминия (Al2O3), или оксида церия (CeO2), стабилизированного или нет оксидом гадолиния, или из оксида циркония (ZrO2), стабилизированного или нет оксидом иттрия, или из шпинельной фазы, или из оксида лантана (La2O3), или оксида магния, или оксида кремния, или из смеси одного или нескольких из этих соединений.
4. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что кристаллиты имеют, по существу, сферическую форму.
5. Устройство по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что кристаллиты имеют эквивалентный средний диаметр от 5 до 15 нм.
6. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что указанная подложка содержит основу и пленку на поверхности указанной основы, содержащую указанную систему кристаллитов.
7. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что указанная керамическая подложка содержит гранулы, содержащие указанную упаковку кристаллитов.
8. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что гранулы имеют, по существу, сферическую форму.
9. Способ очистки отработанных газов теплового двигателя, в котором осуществляют циркуляцию указанных отработанных газов через устройство по одному из пп. 1-8.
10. Способ очистки по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что тепловой двигатель является автомобильным двигателем, в частности дизельным двигателем.
11. Способ очистки по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что тепловой двигатель является автомобильным двигателем, предпочтительно бензиновым двигателем.
