Abstract

1. Способ получения самодезинфицирующейся поверхности, включающий: нанесение на поверхность первого покрытия, содержащего органосилан; нанесение поверх указанного первого покрытия второго покрытия, содержащего TiO.2. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение первого покрытия осуществляют путем распыления органосилана на поверхности.3. Способ по п.2, в котором распыление органосилана представляет собой распыление водной смеси, содержащей 3,6 вес.% органосилана.4. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение второго покрытия осуществляют путем электростатического распыления TiOповерх первого покрытия.5. Claims (20)

1. Способ получения самодезинфицирующейся поверхности, включающий: нанесение на поверхность первого покрытия, содержащего органосилан; нанесение поверх указанного первого покрытия второго покрытия, содержащего TiO2.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение первого покрытия осуществляют путем распыления органосилана на поверхности.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором распыление органосилана представляет собой распыление водной смеси, содержащей 3,6 вес.% органосилана.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором нанесение второго покрытия осуществляют путем электростатического распыления TiO2 поверх первого покрытия.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором электростатическое распыление TiO2 представляет собой электростатическое распыление 3%-ной водной коллоидной суспензии TiO2.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором органосилан имеет структуру:

10. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий нанесение пигмента в составе второго покрытия.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором пигмент может окисляться под действием TiO2.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором нанесение пигмента в составе второго покрытия включает добавление пигмента к TiO2 непосредственно перед нанесением второго покрытия поверх первого покрытия.
13. Способ по п.10, в котором пигмент представляет собой метиленовый синий.
14. Покрытие, наносимое на поверхность способом, включающим стадии:
растворение винной кислоты в воде;
добавление изопропоксида титана (IV) к указанному раствору винной кислоты с образованием аддукта винная кислота/изопропоксид титана в воде;
нанесение поливом указанного аддукта винная кислота/изопропоксид титана в воде на указанную поверхность с образованием указанного покрытия.
15. Покрытие по п.14, отличающееся тем, что стадия растворения включает получение 0,5 М раствора.
16. Покрытие по п.14, отличающееся тем, что способ дополнительно включает:
добавление раствора винной кислоты в круглодонную колбу; и
помещение круглодонной колбы в баню со льдом.
17. Покрытие по п.16, отличающееся тем, что способ дополнительно включает:
извлечение круглодонной колбы из бани со льдом по окончании стадии добавления; и
нагревание содержимого круглодонной колбы до комнатной температуры; и
образование геля в круглодонной колбе.
18. Покрытие по п.17, отличающееся тем, что стадия полива включает нанесение геля поливом на поверхность.
19. Покрытие по п.14, в котором аддукт винная кислота/изопропоксид титана имеет структуру:

где R означает изопропил.
20. Покрытие по п.14, в котором аддукт винная кислота/изопропоксид титана имеет структуру:

где (r) означает число от 1 примерно до 10.
