Abstract
1. Способ изготовления непрерывной композитной трубы, включающий- использование трубчатой гильзы;- поступательное перемещение трубчатой гильзы через производственную установку, содержащую отдельную установку для наматывания и отдельную установку для отверждения, расположенную на расстоянии далее по технологической цепочке после установки для наматывания;- наматывание композитной ленты на трубчатую гильзу в установке для наматывания, чтобы сформировать слой из ленты;- отверждение слоя из композитной ленты на трубчатой гильзе в зоне отверждения установки для отверждения путем приложения давления и нагрева к слою из ленты, причем по меньшей мере давление прикладывают поверх области отверждения, охватывающей осевую длину и по меньшей мере часть окружности трубчатой гильзы.2. Способ по п.1, в котором давление прикладывают прижимным телом.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором усилие прижатия слоя из ленты является регулируемым.4. Способ по п.2, в котором во время отверждения прижимное тело находится в скользящем контакте со слоем из ленты для прижатия слоя из ленты к трубчатой гильзе.5. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий обеспечение внутреннего давления для трубчатой гильзы во время отверждения.6. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий нагрев слоя из ленты одновременно и в одном положении с прижатием слоя из ленты.7. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором нагрев обеспечен контактным нагревом.8. Устройство для изготовления непрерывной композитной трубы, содержащее производственную установку, выполненную с возможностью обеспечения поступательного перемещения трубчатой гильзы через данную установку,причем произво
Claims (14)
1. Способ изготовления непрерывной композитной трубы, включающий
- использование трубчатой гильзы;
- поступательное перемещение трубчатой гильзы через производственную установку, содержащую отдельную установку для наматывания и отдельную установку для отверждения, расположенную на расстоянии далее по технологической цепочке после установки для наматывания;
- наматывание композитной ленты на трубчатую гильзу в установке для наматывания, чтобы сформировать слой из ленты;
- отверждение слоя из композитной ленты на трубчатой гильзе в зоне отверждения установки для отверждения путем приложения давления и нагрева к слою из ленты, причем по меньшей мере давление прикладывают поверх области отверждения, охватывающей осевую длину и по меньшей мере часть окружности трубчатой гильзы.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором давление прикладывают прижимным телом.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором усилие прижатия слоя из ленты является регулируемым.
4. Способ по п.2, в котором во время отверждения прижимное тело находится в скользящем контакте со слоем из ленты для прижатия слоя из ленты к трубчатой гильзе.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий обеспечение внутреннего давления для трубчатой гильзы во время отверждения.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий нагрев слоя из ленты одновременно и в одном положении с прижатием слоя из ленты.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором нагрев обеспечен контактным нагревом.
8. Устройство для изготовления непрерывной композитной трубы, содержащее производственную установку, выполненную с возможностью обеспечения поступательного перемещения трубчатой гильзы через данную установку,
причем производственная установка содержит отдельную установку для наматывания композитной ленты на трубчатую гильзу, чтобы формировать слой из ленты, и отдельную установку для отверждения, расположенную на расстоянии далее по технологической цепочке после установки для наматывания, чтобы осуществлять отверждения этого слоя из ленты на трубчатой гильзе посредством приложения к нему давления и его нагрева,
причем давление приложено по области отверждения, содержащей осевую длину и по меньшей мере часть окружности трубчатой гильзы.
9. Устройство по п.8, в котором выполнено прижимное тело для прикладывания давления к слою из ленты.
10. Устройство по п.9, в котором усилие прижатия прижимного тела является регулируемым.
11. Устройство по любому из пп.8-10, в котором прижимное тело находится в скользящем контакте со слоем из ленты во время отверждения.
12. Устройство по любому из пп.8-10, дополнительно содержащее нагревательное устройство для нагрева слоя из ленты одновременно и в одном и том же месте с прижатием слоя из ленты.
13. Устройство по п.12, в котором нагревательное устройство выполнено с возможностью нагрева прижимного тела для обеспечения контактного нагрева.
14. Применение композитной трубы, изготовленной согласно способу по любому из пп.1-7.
