Abstract
1. Способ количественного определения дезинфицирующих доз УФ-излучения для адекватной стерилизации офтальмологической линзы при помощи одного или более дополнительных индикаторов, содержащий:добавление одного или более индикаторов в водный раствор;применение дозы УФ-излучения в течение контролируемого отрезка времени и с контролируемой интенсивностью; иполучение обратной связи за счет разрушения одного или более индикаторов.2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий один или более активных красителей, способных взаимодействовать до разрушения одного или более индикаторов.3. Способ по п. 1, в котором индикаторы содержат один или оба хромофора и флуорофора.4. Способ по п. 2, в котором один или более активных красителей являются FD&C красителями.
Claims (4)
1. Способ количественного определения дезинфицирующих доз УФ-излучения для адекватной стерилизации офтальмологической линзы при помощи одного или более дополнительных индикаторов, содержащий:
добавление одного или более индикаторов в водный раствор;
применение дозы УФ-излучения в течение контролируемого отрезка времени и с контролируемой интенсивностью; и
получение обратной связи за счет разрушения одного или более индикаторов.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий один или более активных красителей, способных взаимодействовать до разрушения одного или более индикаторов.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором индикаторы содержат один или оба хромофора и флуорофора.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором один или более активных красителей являются FD&C красителями.
