Abstract
1. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемолоты до среднего размера частиц примерно от 0,5 мкм до 10 мкм.5. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит присутствует в количестве примерно от 40% до 80% по массе перлита и гидравлического цемента, и в котором гидравлический цемент присутствует в количестве примерно от 20% до 60% по массе перлита и гидравлического цемента.6. Способ по п.1, в котором гидравлический цемент включает, по меньшей мере, один цемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из портландцемента, пуццоланового цемента, гипсового цемента, высокоалюминистого цемента, шлакового цемента, известково-кремнеземистого цемента и любой их комбинации.7. Способ по п.1, в котором гидравлический цемент включает портландцемент.8. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемолоты, по меньшей мере, с одним дополнительным компонентом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из цементной пыли и пумицита.9. Claims (28)
1. Способ цементирования, включающий:
обеспечение отверждаемой композиции, включающей перлит, гидравлический цемент и воду, в которой перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемалывают перед соединением с водой с образованием отверждаемой композиции; и
и предоставление отверждаемой композиции возможности схватиться.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит включает невспученный перлит.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемолоты до среднего размера частиц примерно от 0,1 мкм до 400 мкм.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемолоты до среднего размера частиц примерно от 0,5 мкм до 10 мкм.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит присутствует в количестве примерно от 40% до 80% по массе перлита и гидравлического цемента, и в котором гидравлический цемент присутствует в количестве примерно от 20% до 60% по массе перлита и гидравлического цемента.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором гидравлический цемент включает, по меньшей мере, один цемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из портландцемента, пуццоланового цемента, гипсового цемента, высокоалюминистого цемента, шлакового цемента, известково-кремнеземистого цемента и любой их комбинации.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором гидравлический цемент включает портландцемент.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемолоты, по меньшей мере, с одним дополнительным компонентом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из цементной пыли и пумицита.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает цементную пыль.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает пумицит.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из извести, зольной пыли, шлакового цемента, метакаолина, сланца, цеолита, кристаллического оксида кремния, аморфного оксида кремния, пирогенного кремнезема, соли, волокна, гидрофильной глины, микросферы, золы рисовой шелухи, эластомера, эластомерной частицы, смолы, латекса и любой их комбинации.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из замедлителя схватывания, добавки, снижающей прочность цемента, ускорителя схватывания, добавки для повышения плотности, добавки для понижения плотности, газогенерирующей добавки, добавки, усиливающей прочностные свойства, материала для борьбы с поглощением, добавки, регулирующей фильтрацию, диспергатора, понизителя фильтрации, пеногасителя, пенообразователя, набухающих в нефти частиц, водонабухающих частиц, тиксотропной добавки и их комбинации.
13. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий введение отверждаемой композиции в ствол скважины.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором отверждаемой композиции дают схватиться в стволе скважины в кольцевом зазоре между подземным пластом и трубопроводом в стволе скважины.
15. Способ по п.13, дополнительно включающий закачивание отверждаемой композиции в отверстие, причем в отверстие, включающее, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие, выбранное из группы, состоящей из отверстия в подземном пласте, отверстия в гравийном фильтре, отверстия в трубопроводе и микрозазора между цементным покрытием и трубопроводом.
16. Способ цементирования, включающий:
обеспечение отверждаемой композиции, включающей невспученный перлит, гидравлический цемент и воду, в которой невспученный перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемалывают перед соединением с водой с образованием отверждаемой композиции;
введение отверждаемой композиции в ствол скважины; и
предоставление отверждаемой композиции возможности схватиться.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемолоты до среднего размера примерно от 0,5 мкм до 10 мкм.
18. Способ по п.16, в котором перлит присутствует в количестве примерно от 40% до 80% по массе перлита и гидравлического цемента, и в котором гидравлический цемент присутствует в количестве примерно от 20% до 60% по массе перлита и гидравлического цемента.
19. Способ по п.16, в котором гидравлический цемент включает, по меньшей мере, один цемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из портландцемента, пуццоланового цемента, гипсового цемента, высокоалюминистого цемента, шлакового цемента, известково-кремнеземистого цемента и любой их комбинации.
20. Способ по п.16, в котором гидравлический цемент включает портландцемент.
21. Способ по п.16, в котором перлит и гидравлический цемент совместно перемолоты, по меньшей мере, с одним дополнительным компонентом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из цементной пыли и пумицита.
22. Способ по п.16, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает цементную пыль.
23. Способ по п.16, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает пумицит.
24. Способ по п.16, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из извести, зольной пыли, шлакового цемента, метакаолина, сланцевой глины, цеолита, кристаллического оксида кремния, аморфного оксида кремния, пирогенного кремнезема, соли, волокна, гидрофильной глины, микросферы, золы рисовой шелухи, эластомера, эластомерной частицы, смолы, латекса и любой их комбинации.
25. Способ по п.16, в котором отверждаемая композиция дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из замедлителя схватывания, добавки, снижающей прочность цемента, ускорителя схватывания, добавки для повышения плотности, добавки для понижения плотности, газогенерирующей добавки, добавки, усиливающей прочностные свойства, материала для борьбы с поглощением, добавки, регулирующей фильтрацию, диспергатора, понизителя фильтрации, пеногасителя, пенообразователя, набухающих в нефти частиц, водонабухающих частиц, тиксотропной добавки и их любой комбинации.
26. Способ по п.16, в котором отверждаемой композиции дают схватиться в стволе скважины в кольцевом зазоре между подземным пластом и трубопроводом в стволе скважины.
27. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий закачивание отверждаемой композиции в отверстие, причем в отверстие, включающее, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие, выбранное из группы, состоящей из отверстия в подземном пласте, отверстия в гравийном фильтре, отверстия в трубопроводе и микрозазора между цементным покрытием и трубопроводом.
28. Композиция, включающая:
совместно перемолотые перлит и гидравлический цемент.
