Abstract
1. Способ цементирования подземной формации, где:вводят цементную композицию в подземную формацию, где данная цементная композиция содержит цемент или цементную пыль, или цемент и цементную пыль, природный пуццолан и воду; ипозволяют цементной композиции застывать.2. Способ по п.1, где, когда вводят цементную композицию в подземную формацию, вводят цементную композицию в пространство между колонной труб и подземной формацией.3. Способ по п.2, где вводят колонну труб в буровую скважину, пересекающую подземную формацию.4. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данная цементная композиция содержит, по меньшей мере, одну цементную композицию, выбранную из группы, состоящей из вспененной цементной композиции, расширенной цементной композиции и их комбинации.5. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данная цементная композиция содержит цемент.6. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данная цементная композиция содержит, по меньшей мере, один цемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из портланд-цемента, пуццоланового цемента, гипсового цемента, цемента с высоким содержанием оксида алюминия, шлакового цемента, цемента с оксидом кремния и их комбинации.7. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данный цемент содержит портланд-цемент, измельченный с пережженным сланцем.8. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где природный пуццолан содержит, по меньшей мере, один пуццолан, выбранный из группы, состоящей из пумицита, диатомовой земли, вулканического пепла, опалинового сланца, туфа и их комбинации.9. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где природный пуццолан содержит пумицит.10. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, гд
Claims (19)
1. Способ цементирования подземной формации, где:
вводят цементную композицию в подземную формацию, где данная цементная композиция содержит цемент или цементную пыль, или цемент и цементную пыль, природный пуццолан и воду; и
позволяют цементной композиции застывать.
2. Способ по п.1, где, когда вводят цементную композицию в подземную формацию, вводят цементную композицию в пространство между колонной труб и подземной формацией.
3. Способ по п.2, где вводят колонну труб в буровую скважину, пересекающую подземную формацию.
4. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данная цементная композиция содержит, по меньшей мере, одну цементную композицию, выбранную из группы, состоящей из вспененной цементной композиции, расширенной цементной композиции и их комбинации.
5. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данная цементная композиция содержит цемент.
6. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данная цементная композиция содержит, по меньшей мере, один цемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из портланд-цемента, пуццоланового цемента, гипсового цемента, цемента с высоким содержанием оксида алюминия, шлакового цемента, цемента с оксидом кремния и их комбинации.
7. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где данный цемент содержит портланд-цемент, измельченный с пережженным сланцем.
8. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где природный пуццолан содержит, по меньшей мере, один пуццолан, выбранный из группы, состоящей из пумицита, диатомовой земли, вулканического пепла, опалинового сланца, туфа и их комбинации.
9. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где природный пуццолан содержит пумицит.
10. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где природный пуццолан присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,1% до приблизительно 50% от массы цементирующих компонентов.
11. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где цементная композиция содержит цемент, и где природный пуццолан содержит пумицит.
12. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где цементная композиция содержит, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из снижающей прочность добавки, ускорителя застывания, замедлителя застывания, утяжеляющего агента, легковесной добавки, утяжеляющей добавки, газообразующей добавки, добавки, усиливающей механические свойства, материала потери циркуляции, добавки контроля фильтрации, диспергатора, пеногасящего агента, пенообразующего агента, тиксотропной добавки и их комбинации.
13. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где цементная композиция содержит, по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из зольной пыли, шлака, метакаолина, сланца, цеолита, извести, кристаллического оксида кремния, аморфного оксида кремния, дымового оксида кремния, соли, волокна, гидратируемой глины, микросфер, золы рисовой шелухи, эластомера, смолы, латекса, их комбинации и подобного.
14. Способ по любому одному из пп.1, 2 или 3, где:
определяют один или нескольких желаемых параметров цементной композиции для, по меньшей мере, одного свойства, выбранного из группы, состоящей из прочности на сжатие, времени закачивания, потери текучей среды, содержания свободной воды, реологии и их комбинации;
определяют стоимость компонента для, по меньшей мере, одной добавки, выбранной из группы, состоящей из цементной пыли, природного пуццолана, легковесного материала и их комбинации;
разрабатывают цементную композицию, имеющую один или несколько желаемых параметров цементной композиции, путем подбора количества цементной пыли, природного пуццолана и/или легковесного материала в цементной композиции.
15. Способ по п.14, где, когда подбирают количество, подбирают количество цементной пыли и легковесного материала в цементной композиции.
16. Способ по п.14, где, когда подбирают количество, подбирают количество цементной пыли и природного пуццолана в цементной композиции.
17. Способ по любому из пп.15 или 16, где данный портландцемент содержит портланд-цемент класса С, и где пережженный сланец содержит сланец Eagleford.
18. Цементная композиция, содержащая:
по меньшей мере, одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из цемента, цементной пыли, портланд-цемента, измельченного с пережженным сланцем, и их комбинации;
природный пуццолан; и
воду.
19. Цементная композиция по п.18, содержащая, по меньшей мере, один цемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из портландцемента, пуццоланового цемента, гипсового цемента, цемента с высоким содержанием оксида алюминия, шлакового цемента, цемента с оксидом кремния и их комбинации, причем по меньшей мере, один пуццолан, выбран из группы, состоящей из пумицита, диатомовой земли, вулканического пепла, опалинового сланца, туфа и их комбинации.
