Abstract

一种煤矿离层带注浆防浸堵漏膨胀泥粉,替代原有粉煤灰、粘土、煤泥等注浆材料,膨胀泥粉的重量百分含量为:粘土:20-60%;硫铝酸盐熟料:20-50%;石膏:10-40%;石灰:5-20%;本发明加水反应后膨胀10-15倍,用量小,适宜泵送,充填效果好。浸透性强、粘性大,固化不硬化,封堵裂隙好,还原性强,再塑性好,同时,施工方便,能节省大量人力和设备,对人体无害,不污染环境。

煤矿离层带注浆防浸堵漏膨胀泥粉
本发明适用于煤矿离层带注浆采空区充填及井下防浸堵漏。
现有煤矿离层带注浆主要是粉煤灰,它的缺点是:用量大、污染、机械磨损大,综合成本高,容易沉积硬化堵管道。
申请号为90100313,公告号为1053468,发明名称为“井下充填及注浆材料”的专利申请公开了一种用于井下充填和加固围岩的且宜于泵送的水泥材料,其特征是水泥混合物由硫铝酸盐水泥(或水泥熟料)、普通水泥或铝酸盐水泥、硫酸钙、氧化钙或氢氧化钙组成,它们的重量比为:100∶(5-100)∶(2-40)∶(0-30)。上述的专利申请与本发明的用途不一样,它用于井下充填和加固围岩,它起硬化作用,而本发明只固化而不硬化。如使用上述专利申请的材料注浆,则会因凝固时间短而堵塞注浆管道。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于煤矿离层带注浆、井下充填、堵漏的膨胀泥粉,以替代现有的粉煤灰注浆材料。
本发明膨胀泥粉由粘土(SiO2、Al2O3)、硫铝酸盐熟料(4CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4简写为C4A3S)、石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)、石灰(CaO)组成,其重量百分比为:
粘土:          20-60%
硫铝酸盐熟料:  20-50%
石膏:          10-40%
石灰:          5-20%
化学反应方程式为:
本发明将粘土、硫铝酸盐熟料、石膏、石灰破碎后按照上述的重量百分比混合,经球磨机球磨成粉末材料,用塑料袋包装后即成膨胀泥粉材料成品。
本发明与原有的煤矿离层带注浆材料粉煤灰相比具有以下优点:由于本发明材料加水反应后膨胀10-15倍,比使用粉煤灰用量小。浸透性强,粘性大,封堵裂隙好,还原性强。对人体无害,不污染环境。
本发明与对比专利文献“井下充填及注浆材料”相比:(1)用途不一样。对比文献中的材料用于井下充填和加固围岩,它起硬化作用。而本发明用于煤矿离层带注浆采空区充填及井下防浸堵漏,控制地表下沉,它固化而不硬 化,有粘性,流动性好。(2)成份不一样。对比文献中的材料以硫铝酸盐水泥为主要成份,没有粘土。而本发明以粘土为主,辅助硫铝酸盐熟料、石膏、石灰,粘土里的Al2O3、SiO2与石膏、石灰生成钙矾石和硅胶,硅胶促使材料固化不硬化。(3)对比文献材料性能是一次性注浆成型,硬化定型后不能再塑新型。本发明材料性能胶泥性强,可塑性强,随水冲击可多次再塑新型仍有胶凝性,以适应变化的地质结构需要,起着充填堵隙作用。
实施例1(最佳实施例)(重量百分比):
粘土:          50%
硫铝酸盐熟料:  25%
石膏:          20%
石灰:          5%
本实施例成本低,膨胀系数大,膨胀系数10-15倍。反应时间最佳,在温度20℃时,2-3小时。固化粘度好。
实施例2:
粘土:          20%
硫铝酸盐熟料:  50%
石膏:          20%
石灰:          10%
本实施例成本高,膨胀系数10倍左右,反应时间长。强度较大。
实施例3:
粘土:          55%
硫铝酸盐熟料:  20%
石膏:          10%
石灰:          15%
本实施例膨胀系数5倍左右、粘性差。
实施例4:
粘土:          40%
硫铝酸盐熟料:  30%
石膏:          20%
石灰:          10%
本实施例的膨胀系数7倍左右。
实施例5:
粘土:          60%
硫铝酸盐熟料:  25%
石膏:          10%
石灰:          5%
本实施例膨胀系数9倍左右,凝结时间比实施例4快一些。

1、一种煤矿离层带注浆防浸堵漏膨胀泥粉,其特征在于:膨胀泥粉的重量百分比为:
粘土:            20-60%
硫铝酸盐熟料:     20-50%
石膏:            10-40%
石灰:            5-20%
2、根据权利要求1所述的膨胀泥粉,其特征在于:膨胀泥粉的重量百分比为:
粘土:            50%
硫铝酸盐熟料:     25%
石膏:            20%
石灰:            5%
3、根据权利要求1所述的膨胀泥粉,其特征在于:膨胀泥粉的重量百分比为:
粘土:            20%
硫铝酸盐熟料:     50%
石膏:            20%
石灰:            10%
4、根据权利要求1所述的膨胀泥粉,其特征在于:膨胀泥粉的重量百分比为:
粘土:            55%
硫铝酸盐熟料:     20%
