Abstract
1. Способ изготовления нетканого материала, имеющего на своей поверхности распределенные элементы с физическими размерами, включающий трафаретную печать по мокрой ткани требуемой формы с использованием пасты, которая расширяется при нагреве за счет содержащегося в ней разрыхляющего вещества.2. Паста, подходящая для осуществления способа по п.1, включающая разрыхляющий агент.3. Паста по п.2, которая включает реологический модификатор.4. Паста по п.2, которая имеет низкую вязкость при высокой скорости сдвига, что обеспечивает перекачку печатной краски через печатную секцию и подачу в принтер и ее движение через трафаретную сетку, и достаточно высокую вязкость при низких скоростях сдвига, чтобы предотвратить протекание нанесенного материала состава или в ткань или в сторону.5. Паста по п.4, которая имеет вязкость при низкой скорости сдвига, измеренную ротационным вискозиметром Brookfield при скорости 1 об/мин, 60000-120000 сП, предпочтительно 70000-90000 сП, и вязкость при высокой скорости сдвига, измеренную ротационным вискозиметром Brookfield при скорости 100 об/мин, ниже 2000 сП.6. Claims (15)
1. Способ изготовления нетканого материала, имеющего на своей поверхности распределенные элементы с физическими размерами, включающий трафаретную печать по мокрой ткани требуемой формы с использованием пасты, которая расширяется при нагреве за счет содержащегося в ней разрыхляющего вещества.
2. Паста, подходящая для осуществления способа по п.1, включающая разрыхляющий агент.
3. Паста по п.2, которая включает реологический модификатор.
4. Паста по п.2, которая имеет низкую вязкость при высокой скорости сдвига, что обеспечивает перекачку печатной краски через печатную секцию и подачу в принтер и ее движение через трафаретную сетку, и достаточно высокую вязкость при низких скоростях сдвига, чтобы предотвратить протекание нанесенного материала состава или в ткань или в сторону.
5. a. воду;
b. акриловый сополимер стирола, бутилакрилата и акрилонитрила;
c. акриловый сополимер стирола, бутилакрилата, этилакрилата и акриловой кислоты;
d. один или несколько сшивающих агентов;
e. один или несколько реологических модификаторов;
f. один или несколько эмульгаторов; и
g. обычные технологические добавки, добавки и пеногасители.
14. Паста по п.13, включающая, мас.%:
1) 55,0-85,0% воды
2) 10,0-35,0% акрилового сополимера, состоящего из следующих мономеров:
a. стирол (60-70%);
b. бутилакрилат (25-35%);
c. акрилонитрил (1-5%);
3) 5,0-20,0% акрилового сополимера, состоящего из следующих мономеров:
a. стирол (25-35%);
b. бутилакрилат (60-70%);
c. этилакрилат (1-5%);
d. акриловая кислота (1-5%);
e. N-метилолакриламид в качестве сшивающего компонента (1-3%);
4) 0,2-1,0% загустителя - аммиачной соли полиакриловой кислоты;
5) 0,3-1,0% карбамида;
6) 0,0-0,5% диэтиленгликоля;
7) 0,1-0,5% полиэтоксилированного жирного спирта (С9-С11);
8) 0,0-0,5% полиэтоксилированного изотридеканола (С13);
9) 1,0-3,0% полиэтоксилированного стеарилового спирта (С16-С18);
