Abstract

1. Подъемное транспортное средство (1), содержащее две оси (27, 28) с соответствующими дифференциалами (29, 30); карданный привод (31) постоянной скорости, соединяющий дифференциалы (29, 30); телескопическую стрелу (3) и, по меньшей мере, один гидравлический контур, приводимый в действие гидравлическим насосом (12), для управления телескопической стрелой (3); отличающееся тем, что оно содержит в первом боковом отсеке между упомянутыми осями (27, 28) двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания, реверсивную электрическую машину (11), упомянутый гидравлический насос (12) и отключаемый привод (13) для выборочного отключения двигателя (10) внутреннего сгорания от реверсивной электрической машины (11) и гидравлического насоса (12); причем реверсивная электрическая машина (11) приводит в действие гидравлический насос (12), когда двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания отключен от отключаемого привода (13); а во втором боковом отсеке, расположенном на противоположной относительно первого бокового отсека стороне карданного привода (31) постоянной скорости расположена батарея (19), соединенная для зарядки с реверсивной электрической машиной (11) и соединенная с электродвигателем (18), соединенным с карданным приводом (31) постоянной скорости.2. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит педаль (32) и центральный блок (21) управления, выполненный с возможностью управления электродвигателем (18) и, следовательно, скоростью двигателя исключительно на основе сигнала от педали (32).3. Транспортное средство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что центральный блок (21) управления запрограммирован для разрешения одновременной работы электродвигателя (18) и гидравлического насос

Claims (15)

1. Подъемное транспортное средство (1), содержащее две оси (27, 28) с соответствующими дифференциалами (29, 30); карданный привод (31) постоянной скорости, соединяющий дифференциалы (29, 30); телескопическую стрелу (3) и, по меньшей мере, один гидравлический контур, приводимый в действие гидравлическим насосом (12), для управления телескопической стрелой (3); отличающееся тем, что оно содержит в первом боковом отсеке между упомянутыми осями (27, 28) двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания, реверсивную электрическую машину (11), упомянутый гидравлический насос (12) и отключаемый привод (13) для выборочного отключения двигателя (10) внутреннего сгорания от реверсивной электрической машины (11) и гидравлического насоса (12); причем реверсивная электрическая машина (11) приводит в действие гидравлический насос (12), когда двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания отключен от отключаемого привода (13); а во втором боковом отсеке, расположенном на противоположной относительно первого бокового отсека стороне карданного привода (31) постоянной скорости расположена батарея (19), соединенная для зарядки с реверсивной электрической машиной (11) и соединенная с электродвигателем (18), соединенным с карданным приводом (31) постоянной скорости.
2. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит педаль (32) и центральный блок (21) управления, выполненный с возможностью управления электродвигателем (18) и, следовательно, скоростью двигателя исключительно на основе сигнала от педали (32).
3. Транспортное средство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что центральный блок (21) управления запрограммирован для разрешения одновременной работы электродвигателя (18) и гидравлического насоса (12), питаемого электрически реверсивной электрической машиной (11), когда двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания выключен.
4. Транспортное средство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что центральный блок (21) управления запрограммирован для автоматического включения двигателя (10) внутреннего сгорания на основе ряда рабочих параметров транспортного средства.
5. Транспортное средство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что центральный блок (21) управления запрограммирован только для разрешения двигателю (10) внутреннего сгорания работать в дискретном количестве режимов работы, хранимых в центральном блоке (21) управления.
6. Транспортное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что максимальная номинальная мощность электродвигателя (18) больше или равна максимальной мощности гидравлического насоса (12).
7. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый электродвигатель (18) расположен в третьем отсеке под телескопической стрелой (3).
8. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что электродвигатель (18) соединен с карданным приводом (31) постоянной скорости с помощью трансмиссии с, по меньшей мере, двумя передачами.
9. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит шину напряжения для питания электроэнергией электродвигателя (18) и реверсивной электрической машины (11); и низковольтный 12 В и/или 14 В преобразователь для, по меньшей мере, гидравлического насоса (12).
10. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания имеет мощность, варьирующуюся в диапазоне между 40 и 75 кВт; и электродвигатель (18) имеет, по существу, ту же номинальную мощность, что и двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания.
11. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит электрический выход для соединения с внешним источником электроэнергии, с помощью которого можно зарядить батарею (19) и/или питать электроэнергией электродвигатель (18) и/или реверсивную электрическую машину (11).
12. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит преобразователь электроэнергии постоянного напряжения в переменное, питаемый батареей (19); и, по меньшей мере, один выход, соединенный с преобразователем электроэнергии для питания электроэнергией пользовательских устройств напряжением переменного тока 220 В или 380 В.
13. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что электродвигатель (18) представляет собой вторую реверсивную электрическую машину, программируемую для рекуперирования энергии при торможении, даже когда отключаемый привод (13) отключен, а реверсивная электрическая машина (11) питает электроэнергией гидравлический насос (12).
14. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит ряд конденсаторов, соединенных, по меньшей мере, с реверсивной электрической машиной (11) и электродвигателем (18), которые быстро заряжаются и разряжаются для регулирования максимального потребления мощности.
15. Транспортное средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит первый охлаждающий контур для охлаждения двигателя (10) внутреннего сгорания; второй охлаждающий контур, отдельный от охлаждающего контура, для охлаждения, по меньшей мере, реверсивной электрической машины (11) и электродвигателя (18); электронасос (26) и, по меньшей мере, один электрический вентилятор (25) для охлаждения радиатора (24) второго охлаждающего контура.
