Abstract

1. Ткань по меньшей мере из двух расположенных друг над другом слоев из расположенных параллельно рядом друг с другом комплексных армирующих нитей, причем ткань на слоях и/или между слоями из комплексных армирующих нитей имеет по меньшей мере один слой из нетканого материала из термопластичного полимерного материала, причем нетканый материал содержит первый полимерный компонент и второй полимерный компонент, температуры плавления которых находятся ниже температуры плавления или разложения армирующих нитей, отличающаяся тем, что первый полимерный компонент имеет более низкую температуру плавления, чем второй полимерный компонент, и первый полимерный компонент растворим в матричной смоле на основе эпоксида, сложного эфира цианата, или бензоксацина или в смеси данных матричных смол, а второй полимерный компонент нерастворим в матричной смоле на основе эпоксида, сложного эфира цианата, или бензоксацина или в смеси данных матричных смол.2. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый полимерный компонент имеет температуру плавления в диапазоне от 80 до 135°C, а второй полимерный компонент имеет температуру плавления в диапазоне от 140 до 250°C.3. Ткань по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что нетканый материал представляет собой гибридный нетканый материал.4. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй полимерный компонент представляет собой гомополимер полиамида или сополимер полиамида или смесь из гомополимера полиамида и/или сополимера полиамида.5. Ткань по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что гомополимер полиамида или сополимер полиамида представляет собой полиамид 6, полиамид 6.6, полиамид 6.12, полиамид 4.6, полиамид 11, полиамид 12 или соп

Claims (15)

1. Ткань по меньшей мере из двух расположенных друг над другом слоев из расположенных параллельно рядом друг с другом комплексных армирующих нитей, причем ткань на слоях и/или между слоями из комплексных армирующих нитей имеет по меньшей мере один слой из нетканого материала из термопластичного полимерного материала, причем нетканый материал содержит первый полимерный компонент и второй полимерный компонент, температуры плавления которых находятся ниже температуры плавления или разложения армирующих нитей, отличающаяся тем, что первый полимерный компонент имеет более низкую температуру плавления, чем второй полимерный компонент, и первый полимерный компонент растворим в матричной смоле на основе эпоксида, сложного эфира цианата, или бензоксацина или в смеси данных матричных смол, а второй полимерный компонент нерастворим в матричной смоле на основе эпоксида, сложного эфира цианата, или бензоксацина или в смеси данных матричных смол.
2. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый полимерный компонент имеет температуру плавления в диапазоне от 80 до 135°C, а второй полимерный компонент имеет температуру плавления в диапазоне от 140 до 250°C.
3. Ткань по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что нетканый материал представляет собой гибридный нетканый материал.
4. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй полимерный компонент представляет собой гомополимер полиамида или сополимер полиамида или смесь из гомополимера полиамида и/или сополимера полиамида.
5. Ткань по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что гомополимер полиамида или сополимер полиамида представляет собой полиамид 6, полиамид 6.6, полиамид 6.12, полиамид 4.6, полиамид 11, полиамид 12 или сополимер на основе полиамида 6.12.
6. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый полимерный компонент представляет собой полимер, химически реагирующий с матричной смолой на основе эпоксида, сложного эфира цианата или бензоксацина при сшивании данной матричной смолы.
7. Ткань по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что первый полимерный компонент представляет собой полигидроксиэфир.
8. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что нетканый материал содержит первый полимерный компонент в количестве от 2 до 40 масс.% и второй полимерный компонент в количестве от 60 до 98 масс.%.
9. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один слой нетканого материала имеет вес единицы поверхности в диапазоне от 5 до 25 г/м2.
10. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что между каждыми ее слоями комплексных армирующих нитей расположен слой нетканого материала.
11. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что комплексные армирующие нити представляют собой нити из углеродных волокон, нити из стекловолокон или арамидные нити, или сильно вытянутые UHMW-полиэтиленовые нити.
12. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что армирующие нити расположенных друг над другом слоев, если смотреть вертикально к поверхности слоев, образуют друг с другом угол.
13. Ткань по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что слои из комплексных армирующих нитей и указанный по меньшей мере один слой нетканого материала соединены друг с другом с помощью параллельно расположенных и отстоящих друг от друга швейных нитей.
14. Ткань по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что армирующие нити внутри слоя, а также соседние слои соединены друг с другом швейными нитями, отстоящими друг от друга на ширину стежка w и фиксированы относительно друг друга, причем швейная нить образует петли с длиной стежка s и определяет направление нулевого градуса ткани, причем армирующие нити слоев по отношению к направлению нулевого градуса ткани расположены симметрично, а относительно продольного направления образуют угол α с направлением нулевого градуса, который не равен 90° и не равен 0°, при этом швейная нить имеет титр в диапазоне от 10 до 35 дтекс, причем длина стежка s швейной нити в зависимости от ширины стежка, а также от угла α1 армирующих нитей удовлетворяет соотношениям (I) и (II):

и при этом под углом α1 понимают угол к направлению нулевого градуса, по которым расположены армирующие нити первого, если смотреть сверху на мультиаксиальную ткань, слоя, армирующие нити которого образуют с направлением нулевого градуса угол, отличный от 90° и 0°.
15. Преформа для получения конструктивного элемента из композиционного материала, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит ткань по одному или нескольким из пп.1-14.
