Description

・ここで、熱可塑性ポリマー材料の不織布は、マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの少なくとも1つの平面層上に配置されており、かつマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの平面層と接着結合されており、
・ここで、この基材は、よこ糸が、鞘を構成する第一の成分、および芯を構成する第二の成分を有する芯鞘構造を有し、ここで第一の成分が、第二の成分よりも低い融点を有し、第一の成分が、融着性の熱可塑性ポリマー材料であり、かつよこ糸の第一の成分によって、並んで配置されたマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンが、溶融接着によって互いに結合されていることによって特徴付けられる。
Claims (14)
- 複合材料プリフォームを製造するための、互いに平行に並んで配置されたマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの少なくとも1つの平面層から成る一方向シートを含む、強化繊維製のテキスタイル基材であって、
・互いに並んで配置されたマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンは、よこ糸によって互いに結合されており、かつ
・熱可塑性ポリマー材料の不織布は、マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの少なくとも1つの平面層上に配置されており、かつマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの平面層と接着結合されており、
以下:
・よこ糸が、鞘を形成する第一の成分、および芯を形成する第二の成分を有する芯鞘構造を有し、ここで第一の成分は、第二の成分よりも低い融点を有し、第一の成分は、融着性の熱可塑性ポリマー材料であり、かつよこ糸の第一の成分によって、互いに並んで配置されたマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンは、溶融接着により互いに結合されており、よこ糸が、20〜200dtexの範囲にある繊度を有し、マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの長手方向におけるよこ糸の数が、0.6〜2本の糸/cmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、前記テキスタイル基材。 - よこ糸の第一の成分が、70〜150℃の範囲にある融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のテキスタイル基材。
- よこ糸の第一の成分が、ポリアミドホモポリマーもしくはポリアミドコポリマー、またはポリアミドホモポリマーおよび/もしくはポリアミドコポリマーのブレンドであることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のテキスタイル基材。
- よこ糸の第二の成分が、200℃超の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル基材。
- よこ糸の第二の成分が、ガラスまたはポリエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のテキスタイル基材。
- 前記不織布が、5〜25g/m2の範囲にある単位面積あたり質量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル基材。
- 前記不織布が、
融点がよこ糸の第二の成分の融点または分解点を下回り、かつエポキシマトリックス樹脂、シアン酸エステルマトリックス樹脂、もしくはベンゾオキサジンマトリックス樹脂に、またはこれらのマトリックス樹脂のブレンドに不溶性である、第一のポリマー成分と、
第一のポリマー成分よりも低い融点を有する第二のポリマー成分と
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル基材。 - 前記不織布の第一のポリマー成分が、180〜250℃の範囲にある融点を有し、かつ前記不織布の第二のポリマー成分が、80〜140℃の範囲にある融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項7記載のテキスタイル基材。
- 前記不織布の第一のポリマー成分が、ポリアミドホモポリマーもしくはポリアミドコポリマー、またはポリアミドホモポリマーおよび/もしくはポリアミドコポリマーのブレンドであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8記載のテキスタイル基材。
- テキスタイル基材がさらに、マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの平面層の少なくとも1つの表面上にバインダー材料を含み、前記バインダー材料の主成分は、熱可塑性ポリマーまたは室温で固体のビスフェノールA系エポキシ樹脂であり、かつ前記バインダー材料は、マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの平面層上に非連続的に塗布されており、かつマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンと接着結合されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル基材。
- 前記バインダー材料が、80〜120℃の範囲にある融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項10記載のテキスタイル基材。
- マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンが、炭素繊維ヤーン、ガラス繊維ヤーン、もしくはアラミドヤーンであるか、または高延伸UHMWポリエチレンヤーンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル基材。
- 互いに平行に並んで配置されたマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの少なくとも1つの平らな層が、湾曲した輪郭を有し、ここでマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンは、湾曲した輪郭の周方向に対して平行に配置されており、かつ各マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンは、その固有の、湾曲した輪郭の周方向に割り当てられた軌跡上を延びており、かつ個々のマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンの軌跡は、共通の曲率中心を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル基材。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載のテキスタイル基材を含むことを特徴とする、複合材料部材を製造するための繊維プリフォーム。
