Claims (17)
- 互いに平行に並んで配置されたマルチフィラメント強化ヤーンからなる、互いに積み重ねて配置された少なくとも2つの層からなり、マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンからなる層上に及び/又はその層間に熱可塑性ポリマー材料からなる不織布からなる少なくとも1つの層を有し、前記不織布は第1のポリマー成分と第2のポリマー成分とを有し、これらのポリマー成分の溶融温度が前記強化ヤーンの溶融温度又は分解温度を下回る積層体において、第1のポリマー成分は、第2のポリマー成分よりも低い溶融温度を有し、前記積層体にエポキシドマトリックス樹脂、シアナートエステルマトリックス樹脂又はベンゾオキサジンマトリックス樹脂又はこれらのマトリックス樹脂の混合物を含浸させる際に、第1のポリマーは、前記マトリックス樹脂又は前記マトリックス樹脂混合物中に可溶であり、第2のポリマー成分は不溶であることを特徴とする、積層体。
- 第2のポリマー成分は、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリエステル、ポリブタジエン、ポリウレタン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリアリールアミド、ポリケトン、ポリフタルアミド、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリブチレンテレフタラート又はポリエチレンテレフタラート又はコポリマー又はこれらのポリマーの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の積層体。
- 第1のポリマー成分は、エポキシマトリックス樹脂、シアナートエステルマトリックス樹脂、ベンゾオキサジンマトリックス樹脂、又はこれらのマトリックス樹脂と均質なマトリックスの組み込まれた部分となり、かつ第2のポリマー成分は、硬化したマトリックス樹脂中で独自の相を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2項記載の積層体。
- 第1のポリマー成分は80〜135℃の範囲内の溶融温度を有し、第2のポリマー成分は140〜250℃の範囲内の溶融温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 前記不織布はハイブリッド不織布であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 第2のポリマー成分は、ポリアミドホモポリマー又はポリアミドコポリマー又はポリアミドホモポリマー及び/又はポリアミドコポリマーからなる混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- ポリアミドホモポリマー又はポリアミドコポリマーは、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6.6、ポリアミド6.12、ポリアミド4.6、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12又はポリアミド6/12を基礎とするコポリマーである、請求項6記載の積層体。
- 第1のポリマー成分は、エポキシドマトリックス樹脂、シアナートエステルマトリックス樹脂又はベンゾオキサジンマトリックス樹脂と、前記マトリックス樹脂の架橋の際に化学的に反応するポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 第1のポリマー成分はポリヒドロキシエーテルであることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の積層体。
- 前記不織布は第1のポリマー成分を2〜40質量%の割合で含有し、第2のポリマー成分を60〜98質量%の割合で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの不織布層は、5〜25g/m2の範囲内の単位面積重量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 前記マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンのそれぞれの層間に1つの不織布層が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 前記マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンは、炭素繊維ヤーン、ガラス繊維ヤーン又はアラミドヤーン又は高延伸されたUHMW−ポリエチレンヤーンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 互いに積み重ねて配置された複数の層の前記強化ヤーンは、層平面に対して垂直方向で見て、互いに一定の角度を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- マルチフィラメント強化ヤーンからなる前記層と少なくとも1つの前記不織布層は、互いに平行方向に延在しかつ互いに間隔を空けた縫い糸で、相互に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の積層体。
- 一方の層内の強化ヤーンと隣接する層内の強化ヤーンとが相互にステッチ幅wの間隔を空けた縫い糸によって相互に結合されかつ相互に固定されていて、前記縫い糸はステッチ長さsのメッシュを形成しかつ前記縫い糸によって前記積層体のゼロ度方向が規定され、前記層の強化ヤーンは前記積層体のゼロ度方向に関して対称に配置されていて、かつ前記強化ヤーンの延在方向についてはゼロ度方向に対して、90°とは異なりかつ0°とは異なる角度αを形成し、前記縫い糸は10〜35dtexの範囲内の繊度を有し、前記縫い糸のステッチ長さsは、前記ステッチ幅並びに強化ヤーンの角度α1に依存して、次の関係(I)及び(II):
