Abstract

1. Способ изготовления гибкого минерального строительного материала, который включает следующие стадии:1) подготовку основы,2) нанесение по меньшей мере на одну сторону основы композиции, содержащей по меньшей мере одно неорганическое соединение, причем каждое неорганическое соединение содержит:по меньшей мере один металл и/или полуметалл, выбранный из группы, включающей скандий (Sc), иттрий (Y), титан (Ti), цирконий (Zr), ниобий (Nb), ванадий (V), хром (Cr), молибден (Мо), вольфрам (W), марганец (Mn), железо (Fe), кобальт (Со), бор (В), алюминий (Al), индий (In), таллий (Tl), кремний (Si), германий (Ge), олово (Sn), цинк (Zn), свинец (Pb), сурьму (Sb), висмут (Bi) и их смеси, а такжепо меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, включающей теллур (Те), селен (Se), серу (S), кислород (О), сурьму (Sb), мышьяк (As), фосфор (Р), азот (N), углерод (С), галлий (Ga) и их смеси,и сушку нанесенной композиции,3) нанесение по меньшей мере на одну сторону полученной на стадии 2) основы по меньшей мере одной органической полимерной дисперсии и сушку нанесенного(-ых) покрытия(-й),или4) нанесение по меньшей мере на одну сторону основы по меньшей мере одного покрытия, содержащего:смесь силанов общей формулы (Z)Si(OR), в которой Zозначает R, 3-глицидилоксипропил, 3-аминопропил и/или N-(2-амино-этил)-3-аминопропил, и R означает алкильный или эпициклический остаток с 1-18 атомами углерода, причем все R могут быть одинаковыми или разными,частицы оксида, выбранного из группы, включающей оксид титана, оксид кремния, оксид циркония, оксид алюминия, оксид иттрия, оксид олова, оксид цинка, оксид церия и их смеси, а такжепо меньшей мере один полимер и один инициатор,и сушку нанесенного(-ых) покрытия(-й),5) нанесение по меньшей �

Claims (7)

1. Способ изготовления гибкого минерального строительного материала, который включает следующие стадии:
1) подготовку основы,
2) нанесение по меньшей мере на одну сторону основы композиции, содержащей по меньшей мере одно неорганическое соединение, причем каждое неорганическое соединение содержит:
по меньшей мере один металл и/или полуметалл, выбранный из группы, включающей скандий (Sc), иттрий (Y), титан (Ti), цирконий (Zr), ниобий (Nb), ванадий (V), хром (Cr), молибден (Мо), вольфрам (W), марганец (Mn), железо (Fe), кобальт (Со), бор (В), алюминий (Al), индий (In), таллий (Tl), кремний (Si), германий (Ge), олово (Sn), цинк (Zn), свинец (Pb), сурьму (Sb), висмут (Bi) и их смеси, а также
по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, включающей теллур (Те), селен (Se), серу (S), кислород (О), сурьму (Sb), мышьяк (As), фосфор (Р), азот (N), углерод (С), галлий (Ga) и их смеси,
и сушку нанесенной композиции,
3) нанесение по меньшей мере на одну сторону полученной на стадии 2) основы по меньшей мере одной органической полимерной дисперсии и сушку нанесенного(-ых) покрытия(-й),
или
4) нанесение по меньшей мере на одну сторону основы по меньшей мере одного покрытия, содержащего:
смесь силанов общей формулы (Z1)Si(OR)3, в которой Z1 означает R, 3-глицидилоксипропил, 3-аминопропил и/или N-(2-амино-этил)-3-аминопропил, и R означает алкильный или эпициклический остаток с 1-18 атомами углерода, причем все R могут быть одинаковыми или разными,
частицы оксида, выбранного из группы, включающей оксид титана, оксид кремния, оксид циркония, оксид алюминия, оксид иттрия, оксид олова, оксид цинка, оксид церия и их смеси, а также
по меньшей мере один полимер и один инициатор,
и сушку нанесенного(-ых) покрытия(-й),
5) нанесение по меньшей мере на одну сторону основы по меньшей мере одной органической полимерной дисперсии и сушку нанесенного(-ых) покрытия(-й).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в случае если на стадии 3) и/или 5) наносят более одной органической полимерной дисперсии, они являются одинаковыми или разными полимерными дисперсиями, выбранными из группы, включающей полиакрилаты, полиметакрилаты, полиуретаны, сложные полиэфиры, продукты сополимеризации и/или сополиконденсации с виниловыми мономерами и комбинация указанных полимеров.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что последняя полимерная дисперсия, наносимая на стадии 3), содержит фторуглероды.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что последняя полимерная дисперсия, наносимая на стадии 5), содержит фторуглероды.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что композиция на стадии 2) содержит водную дисперсию по меньшей мере одного оксида металла или является водной дисперсией по меньшей мере одного оксида металла.

Способ по одному из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что в случае если на стадии 4) Z1 означает R, то R выбран из группы, включающей метил, этил, пропил, изопропил, бутил, изобутил, гексил, октил, децил, гексадецил, OR' и комбинации указанных остатков, причем R' означает алкильный остаток с 1-18 атомами углерода и причем все R' могут быть одинаковыми или разными.
7. Гибкий минеральный строительный материал, который характеризуется стойкостью к пятнообразованию максимум 10, разрывным удлинением по меньшей мере 13%, разрывным удлинением после семидневной выдержки при 60°С по меньшей мере 10%, минимальным радиусом изгиба не более 3 мм и толщиной воздушного слоя с эквивалентной паропроницаемостью sd не более 0,2 м.
