Abstract

1. Система нейтрализации отработавших газов для двигателей внутреннего сгорания, которая содержит в качестве первого компонента (1) фильтр с проточной стенкой, а в качестве второго компонента (2) - проточный монолит, расположенный после указанного фильтра по потоку отработавших газов, и в которой первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты имеют по меньшей мере одну функцию накопления в отношении одного и того же содержащегося в отработавших газах соединения, выбранного из группы, включающей SO, NO, NH, O, НС, HS, отличающаяся тем, что накопительная способность второго компонента (2) рассчитана таким образом, что критерию завершения, учитываемому для вышеупомянутого соединения, соответствует сигнал прорыва этого соединения, характеризующийся максимальной крутизной кривой концентрации соединения после второго компонента (2), при использовании минимально возможного количества накапливающего материала.2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты содержат один и тот же накапливающий материал.3. Система по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты имеют по меньшей мере одну каталитически активную функцию.4. Система по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты катализируют одни и те же реакции.5. Claims (9)

1. Система нейтрализации отработавших газов для двигателей внутреннего сгорания, которая содержит в качестве первого компонента (1) фильтр с проточной стенкой, а в качестве второго компонента (2) - проточный монолит, расположенный после указанного фильтра по потоку отработавших газов, и в которой первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты имеют по меньшей мере одну функцию накопления в отношении одного и того же содержащегося в отработавших газах соединения, выбранного из группы, включающей SOx, NOx, NH3, O2, НС, H2S, отличающаяся тем, что накопительная способность второго компонента (2) рассчитана таким образом, что критерию завершения, учитываемому для вышеупомянутого соединения, соответствует сигнал прорыва этого соединения, характеризующийся максимальной крутизной кривой концентрации соединения после второго компонента (2), при использовании минимально возможного количества накапливающего материала.
2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты содержат один и тот же накапливающий материал.
3. Система по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты имеют по меньшей мере одну каталитически активную функцию.
4. Система по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты катализируют одни и те же реакции.
5. Система по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что первый (1) и второй (2) компоненты катализируют одни и те же реакции.
6. Способ изготовления системы по одному из предыдущих пунктов, характеризующийся тем, что накопительную способность второго компонента (2) рассчитывают таким образом, что критерию завершения, учитываемому для вышеупомянутого соединения, соответствует сигнал прорыва этого соединения, характеризующийся максимальной крутизной кривой концентрации соединения после второго компонента (2), при использовании минимально возможного количества накапливающего материала.
7. Применение системы по одному из п.п.1-5 для очистки отработавших газов, образующихся при работе двигателя внутреннего сгорания.
8. Применение по п.7, характеризующееся тем, что:
а) отработавшие газы пропускают через первый компонент (1) и затем через второй компонент (2) системы;
б) измеряют или моделируют концентрацию в отработавших газах после второго компонента (2) соединения, выбранного из группы, включающей SOx, NOx, NH3, O2, HC, H2S; и
в) при достижении хранящегося в памяти заданного значения инициируют посредством электронного блока управления (ЭБУ) определенное мероприятие.
9. Применение по п.8, характеризующееся тем, что хранящееся в памяти заданное значение является значением показателя, выбранного из группы, включающей концентрацию, массовый поток, суммарно проскользнувшую массу, состав топливовоздушной смеси и коэффициент избытка воздуха.
