Description

The invention relates to poultry, in particular to the incubation of eggs and the production of broilers.

The aim of the invention is to increase the hatchability of eggs, growth and safety of broiler chickens.

П р и м е р 1. 1. PRI me R 1. Hatching eggs from meat chickens cross "Broiler-6" were distributed into 5 groups of 215 pieces each. In the control group, the eggs were not treated with a stimulator, and in the experimental group they were treated with drugs from the neurotransmitter group: gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) at a concentration of 0.009% - group 2 and 0.0009% - group 3 and triphenylethylene bromide (TFEB) - groups 4 and 5 in the same concentrations. The exposure time in a solution of ethyl alcohol 3 minutes For all groups, biological control of embryo development was carried out. The main results of incubation and the aftereffect of treatment are given in table. 1.

As can be seen from the above data, treatment with GABA and TFEB stimulators from the group of neurotransmitters increased the hatchability of eggs by 3.7-5.8% while maintaining the aftereffect of stimulating the growth of males by 2.3-5.4% and chickens by 7-15.1 % (P <0.05). The safety of chickens also increased by 3.3-4.1% with the exception of group 5 with TFEB. The best results were generally obtained in the second group with a GABA concentration of 0.009%, which was further used for the following experiments on working out the exposure time.

2,5% . Comparison of the results of stimulating the hatchability of eggs, growth and preservation of chickens with the cycles of the prototype shows that GABA is superior to the zeolite solution as a prototype in hatchability by 0.8%, broiler growth by 1.4% and safety by 2.5%.

П р и м е р 2. PRI me R 2. In the control, the eggs were not processed. In the second group, the eggs were treated with GABA at a concentration of 0.009-0.01% with an exposure of 1 min. In the third group, the exposure was 3 min and in the fourth it was increased to 5 min.

2. The results on the processing time of GABA are given in table. 2.

Regardless of the exposure to GABA treatment, the indicators of hatchability of eggs, growth and safety of chickens increased (P <0.05). The best results were in the 3rd group with a three-minute treatment.

Production verification of the effectiveness of the method took place on 458 hatching eggs. In the basic version, the eggs were not processed, but in the new one, GABA was processed at a concentration of 0.009-0.01% and for a time of 3 minutes.

3. The main results of checking the processing of GABA eggs at a concentration of 0.01% for 3 minutes are given in table. 3.

3,7-15,1% . GABA treatment increased egg hatchability by 3.6%; the safety of broilers by 11.8% and the live weight of chickens in 28 days by 29.6 and in 56 days by 3.7-15.1%.

2,3-15,1% . Thus, the treatment of eggs with the GABA stimulator increases their hatchability by 2.9-5.8%, the safety of broilers by 3.3-4.4% and their growth by 2.3-15.1%.
