Abstract
1. Способ изготовления мелкодисперсных частиц поглотителя кислорода в полимерной матрице, включающий:формирование частиц поглотителя кислорода со средним размером от 1 до 25 мкм из железа, предварительно покрытого по меньшей мере из одним или больше активирующим и окисляющим порошковым компонентом,предоставление полимера в твердом состоянии;обработку частиц поглотителя кислорода и полимера поверхностно-активным веществом;смешивание указанных частиц поглотителя кислорода с полимером в твердом состоянии; иэкструдирование расплава частиц поглотителя кислорода и полимера в твердом состоянии в поглощающую кислород экструзию.2. Пленка для поглощения кислорода, которая состоит трех или более слоев, включающих слой поглощающей кислород экструзии, изготовленной в соответствии с п.1 и расположенной между двумя другими слоями.3. Мягкая емкость или мягкая емкость в составе многослойной структуры или этикетки, вставки или ламината, состоящая из поглощающей кислород экструзии по п.1.4. Мягкая емкость, включающая графическое изображение, где указанная мягкая емкость состоит из поглощающей кислород экструзии в соответствии с п.1, как часть графического изображения.5. Экструдированный слой поглотителя кислорода в виде мелкодисперсных частиц железа в полимерной матрице, включающий частицы железа со средним размером от 1 до 25 мкм, предварительно покрыты по меньшей мере одним или более из активирующих и окисляющих порошковых компонентов и смешанные с полимером в твердом состоянии, где один компонент, выбранный из предварительно покрытых частиц железа или полимера в твердом состоянии, предварительно обработан поверхн
Claims (8)
1. Способ изготовления мелкодисперсных частиц поглотителя кислорода в полимерной матрице, включающий:
формирование частиц поглотителя кислорода со средним размером от 1 до 25 мкм из железа, предварительно покрытого по меньшей мере из одним или больше активирующим и окисляющим порошковым компонентом,
предоставление полимера в твердом состоянии;
обработку частиц поглотителя кислорода и полимера поверхностно-активным веществом;
смешивание указанных частиц поглотителя кислорода с полимером в твердом состоянии; и
экструдирование расплава частиц поглотителя кислорода и полимера в твердом состоянии в поглощающую кислород экструзию.
2. Пленка для поглощения кислорода, которая состоит трех или более слоев, включающих слой поглощающей кислород экструзии, изготовленной в соответствии с п.1 и расположенной между двумя другими слоями.
3. Мягкая емкость или мягкая емкость в составе многослойной структуры или этикетки, вставки или ламината, состоящая из поглощающей кислород экструзии по п.1.
4. Мягкая емкость, включающая графическое изображение, где указанная мягкая емкость состоит из поглощающей кислород экструзии в соответствии с п.1, как часть графического изображения.
5. Экструдированный слой поглотителя кислорода в виде мелкодисперсных частиц железа в полимерной матрице, включающий частицы железа со средним размером от 1 до 25 мкм, предварительно покрыты по меньшей мере одним или более из активирующих и окисляющих порошковых компонентов и смешанные с полимером в твердом состоянии, где один компонент, выбранный из предварительно покрытых частиц железа или полимера в твердом состоянии, предварительно обработан поверхностно-активным веществом перед экструдированием в слой поглотителя килорода.
6. Многослойная пленка с высокой яркостью и минимальными видимыми агломератами, включающая три или более слоев, где экструдированный слой поглотителя кислорода, изготовленный в соответствии с п.5, расположен между двумя другими слоями.
7. Мягкая емкость или мягкая емкость в составе многослойной структуры или этикетки, вставки или ламината, включающая экструдированный слой поглотителя кислорода в соответствии с п.5.
8. Мягкая емкость, включающая графическое изображение, где указанная мягкая емкость состоит из экструдированного слоя поглотителя кислорода в соответствии с п.5, как часть графического изображения.
