Abstract
1. Полимерное волокно, получаемое формованием из расплава полимера и последующей обработкой волокна ионизирующим излучением, где полимером является полипропиленовый гомополимер, полипропиленовый сополимер или смесь таких полимеров, полимерное волокно имеет длину в диапазоне 0,1-40 мм, диаметр в диапазоне 5-170 мкм и MFI более чем 500 г/10 мин, измеренный согласно DIN EN ISO 1133.2. Способ производства полимерного волокна согласно п.1, включающий стадии формования из расплава полимера и последующую обработку волокна ионизирующим излучением.3. Применение полимерного волокна согласно п.1 в качестве добавки в бетоне, цементном растворе, гипсе, цементе или огнеупорном материале.4. Применение полимерного волокна согласно п.1 для улучшения огнестойкости бетона, цементного раствора, гипса, цемента или огнеупорного материала.5. Бетон, цементный раствор, гипс, цемент или огнеупорный материал, содержащие полимерное волокно согласно п.1.
Claims (5)
1. Полимерное волокно, получаемое формованием из расплава полимера и последующей обработкой волокна ионизирующим излучением, где полимером является полипропиленовый гомополимер, полипропиленовый сополимер или смесь таких полимеров, полимерное волокно имеет длину в диапазоне 0,1-40 мм, диаметр в диапазоне 5-170 мкм и MFI более чем 500 г/10 мин, измеренный согласно DIN EN ISO 1133.
2. Способ производства полимерного волокна согласно п.1, включающий стадии формования из расплава полимера и последующую обработку волокна ионизирующим излучением.
3. Применение полимерного волокна согласно п.1 в качестве добавки в бетоне, цементном растворе, гипсе, цементе или огнеупорном материале.
4. Применение полимерного волокна согласно п.1 для улучшения огнестойкости бетона, цементного раствора, гипса, цемента или огнеупорного материала.
5. Бетон, цементный раствор, гипс, цемент или огнеупорный материал, содержащие полимерное волокно согласно п.1.
