Abstract
1. Техническая ткань для производства нетканых материалов, содержащая сквозные пустоты, причем каждая из указанных сквозных пустот содержит:первое отверстие на верхней поверхности указанной ткани;второе отверстие на нижней поверхности указанной ткани; ипо меньшей мере, один кольцевой приподнятый край, смежный по меньшей мере с одним из указанных первым и вторым отверстием.2. Ткань по п.1, в которой каждая из указанных сквозных пустот содержит внутреннюю поверхность, по существу, конической или цилиндрической формы.3. Ткань по п.1, в которой указанный первый приподнятый край находится на уровне приблизительно на 5-10 мкм выше указанной верхней поверхности.4. Ткань по п.1, в которой указанный второй приподнятый край находится на уровне приблизительно на 5-10 мкм ниже указанной нижней поверхности.5. Ткань по п.1, в которой указанные сквозные пустоты сформированы в полосе материала, формирующей один или более слоев указанной ткани.6. Ткань по п.5, в которой указанная полоса материала является пленкой, фольгой или полосой нетканого материала.7. Ткань по п.6, в которой указанная пленка или фольга содержит армирующие волокна в машинном направлении или поперечном направлении, или в обоих направлениях, машинном и поперечном, или в случайном направлении.8. Ткань по п.6, в которой указанная полоса нетканого материала покрыта покрытием для улучшения снятия полотна и/или структурной целостности.9. Система для создания сквозных пустот в технической ткани, используемой для производства нетканых материалов, причем указанная система содержит:оптический источник, выполненный с возможностью создания падающего оптического излучения;бло�
Claims (36)
1. Техническая ткань для производства нетканых материалов, содержащая сквозные пустоты, причем каждая из указанных сквозных пустот содержит:
первое отверстие на верхней поверхности указанной ткани;
второе отверстие на нижней поверхности указанной ткани; и
по меньшей мере, один кольцевой приподнятый край, смежный по меньшей мере с одним из указанных первым и вторым отверстием.
2. Ткань по п.1, в которой каждая из указанных сквозных пустот содержит внутреннюю поверхность, по существу, конической или цилиндрической формы.
3. Ткань по п.1, в которой указанный первый приподнятый край находится на уровне приблизительно на 5-10 мкм выше указанной верхней поверхности.
4. Ткань по п.1, в которой указанный второй приподнятый край находится на уровне приблизительно на 5-10 мкм ниже указанной нижней поверхности.
5. Ткань по п.1, в которой указанные сквозные пустоты сформированы в полосе материала, формирующей один или более слоев указанной ткани.
6. Ткань по п.5, в которой указанная полоса материала является пленкой, фольгой или полосой нетканого материала.
7. Ткань по п.6, в которой указанная пленка или фольга содержит армирующие волокна в машинном направлении или поперечном направлении, или в обоих направлениях, машинном и поперечном, или в случайном направлении.
8. Ткань по п.6, в которой указанная полоса нетканого материала покрыта покрытием для улучшения снятия полотна и/или структурной целостности.
9. Система для создания сквозных пустот в технической ткани, используемой для производства нетканых материалов, причем указанная система содержит:
оптический источник, выполненный с возможностью создания падающего оптического излучения;
блок для управления, соединенный с указанным оптическим источником и выполненный с возможностью регулировать по меньшей мере одну характеристику указанного падающего оптического излучения; и
устройство, выполненное с возможностью удержания указанной ткани и облегчения относительного перемещения указанного оптического источника и указанной ткани, так что указанное падающее оптическое излучение пробивает указанную ткань и создает указанные сквозные пустоты,
причем каждая указанная сформированная сквозная пустота содержит по меньшей мере один кольцевой приподнятый край, смежный с отверстием, созданным по меньшей мере на одной поверхности указанной ткани, верхней или нижней.
10. Система по п.9, в которой указанное падающее оптическое излучение содержит сфокусированное излучение лазера.
11. Система по п.9, в которой указанное устройство содержит компоненты с механической подачей, выполненные с возможностью осуществлять перемещения указанной ткани по меньшей мере в одном направлении и осуществлять перемещения головки указанного оптического источника, связанной с указанным оптическим источником, причем указанная головка выполнена с возможностью перемещения относительно указанной ткани в направлении осей x, y или z.
12. Система по п.9, в которой указанная по меньшей мере одна из характеристик указанного падающего оптического излучения представляет собой выходную мощность.
13. Система по п.9, в которой указанная по меньшей мере одна из характеристик указанного падающего оптического излучения представляет собой модуляционные характеристики.
14. Система по п.9, дополнительно содержащая формирующие луч элементы для создания формы указанного падающего оптического излучения перед его применением к указанной ткани.
15. Способ создания сквозных пустот в технической ткани, использующейся для производства нетканых материалов, согласно которому:
создают первое отверстие на верхней поверхности указанной ткани,
создают второе отверстие на нижней поверхности указанной ткани,
создают по меньшей мере один кольцевой приподнятый край, смежный по меньшей мере с одним из указанных первым или вторым отверстием.
16. Способ создания сквозных пустот в технической ткани, использующейся для производства нетканых материалов, согласно которому:
создают падающее оптическое излучение для воздействия на указанную ткань;
регулируют по меньшей мере одну характеристику падающего оптического излучения, так что указанное падающее оптическое излучение создает сквозные пустоты, каждая из которых содержит по меньшей мере один кольцевой приподнятый край, смежный с одним отверстием, созданным, по меньшей мере, на одной из поверхностей указанной ткани, верхней или нижней.
17. Способ по п.16, согласно которому каждая из указанных сквозных пустот содержит внутреннюю поверхность, по существу, конической или цилиндрической формы.
18. Способ по п.16, согласно которому регулирование по меньшей мере одной характеристики падающего оптического излучения включает создание сквозных пустот, каждая из которых содержит отверстие на верхней поверхности ткани, которое имеет большую площадь поверхности, чем отверстие на нижней поверхности ткани.
19. Техническая ткань, использующаяся для производства нетканых материалов, содержащая:
одну или более скрученных по спирали полос полимерного материала, в которой смежные полосы указанных скрученных по спирали полос полимерного материала соединены, указанные скрученные по спирали полосы содержат сквозные пустоты, каждая из которых содержит:
первое отверстие на верхней поверхности указанной ткани,
второе отверстие на нижней поверхности указанной ткани,
по меньшей мере один кольцевой приподнятый край, смежный по меньшей мере с одним из указанных первым и вторым отверстиями.
20. Ткань по п.19, дополнительно содержащая:
по меньшей мере один слой, сформированный из тканых или нетканых материалов, систем нитей, ориентированных в машинном направлении (MD) или в поперечном направлении (CD), скрученных по спирали полос тканого материала, ширина которых меньше ширины ткани, волоконных полотен, пленок или их комбинации, причем по меньшей мере один указанный слой сформирован на верхней или нижней поверхности указанных скрученных по спирали полос.
21. Ткань по п.19, в которой указанные сквозные пустоты просверлены в соответствии с предварительно заданным рисунком.
22. Ткань по п.19, в которой указанные смежные полосы соединены с использованием по меньшей мере одного способа, лазерной, инфракрасной или ультразвуковой сварки.
23. Техническая ткань, использующаяся для производства нетканых материалов, содержащая:
скрученные по спирали полосы полимерного материала, так что смежные полосы указанного скрученного по спирали полимерного материала соединены с формированием ленты; и
сквозные пустоты, распределенные по указанной формированной ленте, причем указанные сквозные пустоты содержат по меньшей мере один кольцевой приподнятый край, смежный по меньшей мере с одним из первого и второго отверстий, связанных с каждой из распределенных сквозных пустот.
24. Ткань по п.23, дополнительно содержащая:
по меньшей мере, один слой, сформированный из тканых или нетканых материалов, систем нитей, ориентированных в машинном направлении (MD) или в поперечном направлении (CD), скрученных по спирали полос тканого материала, ширина которых меньше ширины ткани, волоконных полотен, пленок или их комбинации, причем по меньшей мере один указанный слой сформирован на верхней или нижней поверхности указанных скрученных по спирали полос.
25. Ткань по п.23, в которой указанные сквозные пустоты просверлены в соответствии с предварительно заданным рисунком.
26. Ткань по п.23, в которой указанные смежные полосы соединены с использованием по меньшей мере одного способа - лазерной, инфракрасной или ультразвуковой сварки.
27. Ткань по п.1, которая является лентой или рукавом, использующимися в таких процессах, как суховоздушное формирование полотна, мелтблоун, спанбонд и гидросплетение в потоке воды.
28. Ткань по п.19, в которой указанные сквозные пустоты разделены перемычками.
29. Ткань по п.23, в которой указанные сквозные пустоты разделены перемычками.
30. Ткань по п.28, в которой перемычки имеют геометрическую форму, выбранную из группы, содержащей ромбовидную, квадратную, прямоугольную, круглую, шестиугольную или многоугольную формы, а также в виде изображения растений, в виде параллелограмма.
31. Ткань по п.29, в которой перемычки имеют геометрическую форму, выбранную из группы, содержащей ромбовидную, квадратную, прямоугольную, круглую, шестиугольную или многоугольную формы, а также в виде изображения растений, в виде параллелограмма.
32. Ткань по п.19, которая является лентой или рукавом, использующимися в таких процессах как суховоздушное формирование полотна, мелтблоун, спанбонд и гидросплетение в потоке воды.
33. Ткань по п.23, которая является лентой или рукавом, использующимися в таких процессах как суховоздушное формирование полотна, мелтблоун, спанбонд и гидросплетение в потоке воды.
34. Ткань по п.23, в которой указанные сквозные пустоты разделены перемычками.
35. Ткань по пп.1, 19 или 23, которая является слоистым материалом, содержащим два или более слоев.
36. Ткань по п.27, в которой сквозные пустоты в первом слое имеют размер, отличающийся от размера сквозных пустот во втором слое.
