Abstract
1. Трубка сотового телефона в системе контроля ЭКГ для кардиального контроля амбулаторного пациента, содержащей монитор ЭКГ, который принимает и обрабатывает сигналы ЭКГ пациента для беспроводной передачи на приемник, содержащая: ! коммерчески доступный сотовый телефон, имеющий клавиатуру, который осуществляет связь по сети сотовой связи с центром контроля и содержит дисплей и беспроводной приемник, выполненный с возможностью приема сигналов ЭКГ от монитора ЭКГ; и ! крышку сотового телефона, которая устанавливается на коммерчески доступный сотовый телефон, причем крышка сотового телефона позволяет видеть дисплей, давая возможность использовать сотовый телефон для речевой связи с пациентом и делая доступными пациенту для использования только уменьшенное число клавиш клавиатуры сотового телефона. ! 2. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой уменьшенное число клавиш равно двум. ! 3. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой одна из этих двух клавиш может использоваться пациентом для вызова центра контроля, а другая из этих двух клавиш действует для выполнения речевой записи. ! 4. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой функции уменьшенного числа клавиш показаны на дисплее вблизи от клавиш. ! 5. Трубка сотового телефона по п.4, в которой трубка сотового телефона дополнительно содержит управляющую программу, которая управляет дисплеем, ! при этом управляющая программа обеспечивает изменение отображаемых функций клавиш в соответствии с текущим режимом работы трубки. ! 6. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой монитор ЭКГ дополнительно выполнен с возможностью передачи на сотовый телефон сообщений о стату
Claims (15)
1. Трубка сотового телефона в системе контроля ЭКГ для кардиального контроля амбулаторного пациента, содержащей монитор ЭКГ, который принимает и обрабатывает сигналы ЭКГ пациента для беспроводной передачи на приемник, содержащая:
коммерчески доступный сотовый телефон, имеющий клавиатуру, который осуществляет связь по сети сотовой связи с центром контроля и содержит дисплей и беспроводной приемник, выполненный с возможностью приема сигналов ЭКГ от монитора ЭКГ; и
крышку сотового телефона, которая устанавливается на коммерчески доступный сотовый телефон, причем крышка сотового телефона позволяет видеть дисплей, давая возможность использовать сотовый телефон для речевой связи с пациентом и делая доступными пациенту для использования только уменьшенное число клавиш клавиатуры сотового телефона.
2. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой уменьшенное число клавиш равно двум.
3. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой одна из этих двух клавиш может использоваться пациентом для вызова центра контроля, а другая из этих двух клавиш действует для выполнения речевой записи.
4. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой функции уменьшенного числа клавиш показаны на дисплее вблизи от клавиш.
5. Трубка сотового телефона по п.4, в которой трубка сотового телефона дополнительно содержит управляющую программу, которая управляет дисплеем,
при этом управляющая программа обеспечивает изменение отображаемых функций клавиш в соответствии с текущим режимом работы трубки.
6. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой монитор ЭКГ дополнительно выполнен с возможностью передачи на сотовый телефон сообщений о статусе, касающихся рабочего состояния монитора,
при этом трубка сотового телефона реагирует на сообщение о статусе монитора путем отображения информации о статусе на дисплее сотового телефона.
7. Трубка сотового телефона по п.6, в которой клавиша дополнительно содержит средство, посредством которого пользователь может отреагировать на отображаемую информацию о статусе.
8. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой монитор ЭКГ дополнительно выполнен с возможностью передачи на трубку сотового телефона сообщений о статусе, касающихся рабочего состояния монитора,
при этом трубка сотового телефона реагирует на сообщение о статусе монитора путем выдачи звукового сигнала.
9. Трубка сотового телефона по п.8, в которой звуковой сигнал дополнительно содержит тональный сигнал или речевую подсказку.
10. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой уменьшенное число клавиш содержит информационную клавишу, используемую пациентом для предоставления информации о статусе системы контроля.
11. Трубка сотового телефона по п.10, в которой информационная клавиша обеспечивает информацию, связанную с контекстом текущего рабочего статуса системы контроля.
12. Трубка сотового телефона по п.11, в которой информация обеспечивается, по меньшей мере, визуально на дисплее сотового телефона или звуковым способом.
13. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой уменьшенное число клавиш содержит клавишу, используемую пациентом для вызова службы скорой помощи.
14. Трубка сотового телефона по п.13, в которой клавиша, используемая для вызова службы скорой помощи, вызывает в Соединенных Штатах телефон 911.
15. Трубка сотового телефона по п.1, в которой уменьшенное число клавиш содержит клавишу, используемую пациентом для вызова по телефону врача пациента.
