Abstract

1. Способ получения смазывающей композиции, в частности, консистентной смазки, который включает, по меньшей мере, следующие стадии: ! a) получение композиции базового масла, которая необязательно содержит одну или несколько присадок; ! b) получение раствора одного или нескольких алкилзамещенных хинолинов или их олигомерных производных в растворителе; и ! c) добавление раствора, полученного на стадии b), к композиции базового масла, полученного на стадии а), при температуре ниже 150°С. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии c) раствор, полученный настадии b), добавляют при температуре ниже 120°С, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 10 до 110°С, более предпочтительно от 15 до 100°С. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором один или несколько алкилзамещенных хинолинов представляют собой алкилзамещенные 1,2-дигидрохинолины. ! 4. Способ по п.3, в котором алкилзамещенные 1,2-дигидрохинолины имеют общую формулу (I) ! ! где R1-R8 независимо выбирают из водорода или алкильной группы, имеющей 1-8 атомов углерода; и n означает 0, 1, 2 или 3. ! 5. Способ по п.4, в котором R1-R8 независимо выбирают из водорода или алкильной группы, имеющей 1-4 атома углерода, предпочтительно имеющей 1-2 атома углерода. ! 6. Способ по п.4, в котором R4-R8 означают водород. ! 7. Способ по п.4, в котором один или несколько алкилзамещенных 1,2-дигидрохинолинов имеют среднее значение n от 1,0 до 2,0, предпочтительно от 1,3 до 1,6. ! 8. Способ по п.1, в котором один или несколько алкилзамещенных хинолинов, добавленных в раствор, имеют растворимость ниже 0,1%, определяемую по стандарту ASTM D893. ! 9. Claims (10)

1. Способ получения смазывающей композиции, в частности, консистентной смазки, который включает, по меньшей мере, следующие стадии:
a) получение композиции базового масла, которая необязательно содержит одну или несколько присадок;
b) получение раствора одного или нескольких алкилзамещенных хинолинов или их олигомерных производных в растворителе; и
c) добавление раствора, полученного на стадии b), к композиции базового масла, полученного на стадии а), при температуре ниже 150°С.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии c) раствор, полученный настадии b), добавляют при температуре ниже 120°С, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 10 до 110°С, более предпочтительно от 15 до 100°С.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором один или несколько алкилзамещенных хинолинов представляют собой алкилзамещенные 1,2-дигидрохинолины.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором алкилзамещенные 1,2-дигидрохинолины имеют общую формулу (I)

5. Способ по п.4, в котором R1-R8 независимо выбирают из водорода или алкильной группы, имеющей 1-4 атома углерода, предпочтительно имеющей 1-2 атома углерода.
6. Способ по п.4, в котором R4-R8 означают водород.
7. Способ по п.4, в котором один или несколько алкилзамещенных 1,2-дигидрохинолинов имеют среднее значение n от 1,0 до 2,0, предпочтительно от 1,3 до 1,6.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором один или несколько алкилзамещенных хинолинов, добавленных в раствор, имеют растворимость ниже 0,1%, определяемую по стандарту ASTM D893.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, в котором растворитель содержит полигликоль, предпочтительно полиалкиленгликоль.
10. Смазывающая композиция, в частности консистентная смазка, полученная по способу согласно любому из пп.1-9.
