Abstract

1. Машиночитаемый носитель данных, содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы: ! отображать видеосодержание; ! предоставлять курсор, связанный с относительным положением видеосодержания; ! принимать новое положение курсора, связанное с запросом о новом относительном положении видеосодержания; ! и отображать изображение эскиза с пониженным разрешением видеосодержания, соответствующее новому относительному положению. ! 2. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.1, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы превратить изображения эскиза в полноэкранное изображение на новом относительном положении, когда курсор не передвигается в течение заданного периода времени. ! 3. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.2, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы возобновить воспроизведение видеосодержания от нового относительного положения. ! 4. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.1, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы приостановить видеосодержание в ответ на запрос о новом относительном местоположении, чтобы сформировать приостановленное видеосодержание. ! 5. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.4, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы отобразить приостановленное видеоизображение с пониженным разрешением. ! 6. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.5, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы визуально выделить изображение эскиза. ! 7. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.1, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы принимать видеосодержание от источника видеосигнала. ! 8. Claims (17)

1. Машиночитаемый носитель данных, содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы:
отображать видеосодержание;
предоставлять курсор, связанный с относительным положением видеосодержания;
принимать новое положение курсора, связанное с запросом о новом относительном положении видеосодержания;
и отображать изображение эскиза с пониженным разрешением видеосодержания, соответствующее новому относительному положению.
2. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.1, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы превратить изображения эскиза в полноэкранное изображение на новом относительном положении, когда курсор не передвигается в течение заданного периода времени.
3. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.2, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы возобновить воспроизведение видеосодержания от нового относительного положения.
4. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.1, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы приостановить видеосодержание в ответ на запрос о новом относительном местоположении, чтобы сформировать приостановленное видеосодержание.
5. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.4, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы отобразить приостановленное видеоизображение с пониженным разрешением.
6. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.5, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы визуально выделить изображение эскиза.
7. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.1, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы принимать видеосодержание от источника видеосигнала.
8. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.7, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы принимать видеосодержание с соответствующими изображениями эскизов.
9. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.8, дополнительно содержащий выполняемые команды, чтобы принимать изображения эскизов, связанные с видеосодержанием независимо от видеосодержания.
10. Машиночитаемый носитель данных по п.7, в котором источник видеосигнала выбирается из: цифрового видео диска, компакт-диска, сервера Интернета и сервера кабельной сети.
11. Способ доставки видеосодержания, содержащий: прием запроса на видеосодержание;
расположение изображений эскизов пониженного разрешения, связанных с видеосодержанием;
доставку изображений эскизов и видеосодержания, чтобы облегчить использование изображений эскизов для определения местонахождения желаемого содержания в пределах видеосодержания.
12. Способ по п.11, дополнительно содержащий:
отображение видеосодержания;
обеспечение курсора, связанного с относительным положением видеосодержания;
прием нового положения курсора, связанного с запросом на новое относительное положение видеосодержания;
отображение изображения эскиза, который соответствует новому относительному положению; и
переход изображения эскиза к полноэкранному изображению в новом относительном положении.
13. Способ по п.12, дополнительно содержащий продолжение воспроизведения видеосодержания от нового относительного положения.
14. Способ по п.12, дополнительно содержащий приостановку видеосодержания в ответ на запрос о новом относительном положении, чтобы сформировать остановку видеосодержания.
15. Способ по п.14, дополнительно содержащий отображение приостановленного видеосодержания с уменьшенным разрешением.
16. Способ по п.15, дополнительно содержащий визуальное выделение изображения эскиза.
17. Способ по п.11, в котором прием, расположение и доставка выполняются на одном из: цифровом видеодиске, компакт-диске, сервере Интернета, сервере кабельной сети.
