Abstract
1. Остекление, предназначенное для использования в авиационной промышленности, в частности боковое или лобовое остекление для кабины экипажа самолета или вертолета и имеющее в своем составе последовательно располагающиеся: ! первую жесткую подложку (S1), ! вторую жесткую подложку (S2), ! третью жесткую подложку (S3), ! причем эти подложки выполнены из термически полузакаленного или химически закаленного стекла, ! по меньшей мере одну "активную" систему (А), содержащую по меньшей мере один слой и располагающуюся между подложками (S1 и S2), ! причем первая подложка (S1) в случае необходимости размещается с отступом по отношению к двум другим подложкам (S2, S3), ! по меньшей мере одну полимерную пленку (f1, f2) с функцией клейкой прослойки и удержания кусков остекления в случае разрушения остекления, располагающуюся между подложкой (S1) и подложкой (S2), и между подложкой (S2) и подложкой (S3). ! 2. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) представляет собой систему с электрическим управлением, с изменяемыми оптическими и/или энергетическими свойствами типа электрохромной системы, оптического клапана, виологенной системы, жидкокристаллической системы или электролюминесцентной системы. ! 3. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) установлена на стороне 2 подложки (S1). ! 4. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) установлена на стороне 3 подложки (S2). ! 5. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) установлена только на уровне некоторой части поверхности подложки (S1 или S2). ! 6. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что активная система (В) установлена на ст
Claims (14)
1. Остекление, предназначенное для использования в авиационной промышленности, в частности боковое или лобовое остекление для кабины экипажа самолета или вертолета и имеющее в своем составе последовательно располагающиеся:
первую жесткую подложку (S1),
вторую жесткую подложку (S2),
третью жесткую подложку (S3),
причем эти подложки выполнены из термически полузакаленного или химически закаленного стекла,
по меньшей мере одну "активную" систему (А), содержащую по меньшей мере один слой и располагающуюся между подложками (S1 и S2),
причем первая подложка (S1) в случае необходимости размещается с отступом по отношению к двум другим подложкам (S2, S3),
по меньшей мере одну полимерную пленку (f1, f2) с функцией клейкой прослойки и удержания кусков остекления в случае разрушения остекления, располагающуюся между подложкой (S1) и подложкой (S2), и между подложкой (S2) и подложкой (S3).
2. Остекление по п.1, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) представляет собой систему с электрическим управлением, с изменяемыми оптическими и/или энергетическими свойствами типа электрохромной системы, оптического клапана, виологенной системы, жидкокристаллической системы или электролюминесцентной системы.
3. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) установлена на стороне 2 подложки (S1).
4. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) установлена на стороне 3 подложки (S2).
5. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что активная система (А) установлена только на уровне некоторой части поверхности подложки (S1 или S2).
6. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что активная система (В) установлена на стороне 3 подложки (S2).
7. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что активная система (В) установлена на стороне 2 подложки (S1).
8. Остекление по п.6, отличающееся тем, что активная система (В) представляет собой систему из тонких слоев с функцией нагрева.
9. Остекление по п.7, отличающееся тем, что активная система (В) представляет собой систему из тонких слоев с функцией нагрева.
10. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что стороны 1 и 6 соответственно на подложках (S1) и (S3) покрыты пакетом (С) с функцией анти-отражения.
11. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что линии подвода тока проходят вокруг очень большой части периметра активной системы (А, В).
12. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что речь идет о тройном остеклении, снабженном полностью твердой электрохромной системой (А), располагающейся на одной из сторон 2 или 3 подложек (S1) или (S2) соответственно.
13. Остекление по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что оно проходит испытание на безопасность в соответствии с нормами FAR 25/JAR 25.
14. Самолет или вертолет, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен остеклением в соответствии с одним из предшествующих пунктов в качестве бокового или лобового остекления для кабины экипажа.
