Abstract
1. Система (100) детектирования для детектирования мест люминесценции на подложке (6), система (100) детектирования содержит: ! блок (102) излучения для формирования, по меньшей мере, одного пучка излучения возбуждения для возбуждения мест люминесценции на подложке (6), ! первый оптический элемент (25), приспособленный для приема, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения разных длин волн или диапазона длин волн, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения являются пучком(ами) излучения возбуждения, который должен фокусироваться на подложке, и/или пучком(ами) излучения люминесценции, который должен собираться из возбужденных мест люминесценции на подложке (6), и ! оптический компенсатор для настройки, по меньшей мере, одного из, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения разных длин волн или диапазона длин волн, с тем, чтобы, по меньшей мере, частично компенсировать оптические аберрации. ! 2. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутый блок (102) излучения приспособлен для формирования, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения возбуждения разной длины волны или диапазона длин волн, упомянутый оптический элемент (25) приспособлен для приема упомянутых, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения возбуждения. ! 3. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутый оптический компенсатор (5) привносит, по меньшей мере, фазовый сдвиг в один из упомянутых пучков излучения. ! 4. Система (100) детектирования по п.2, в которой оптический компенсатор (5) может привносить, по меньшей мере, фазовый сдвиг в один из упомянутых пучков излучения возбуждения для фокусировки упомянутого пучка(ов) излучения возбуждения в одном и том же фокусе на подложке. ! 5. Claims (21)
1. Система (100) детектирования для детектирования мест люминесценции на подложке (6), система (100) детектирования содержит:
блок (102) излучения для формирования, по меньшей мере, одного пучка излучения возбуждения для возбуждения мест люминесценции на подложке (6),
первый оптический элемент (25), приспособленный для приема, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения разных длин волн или диапазона длин волн, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения являются пучком(ами) излучения возбуждения, который должен фокусироваться на подложке, и/или пучком(ами) излучения люминесценции, который должен собираться из возбужденных мест люминесценции на подложке (6), и
оптический компенсатор для настройки, по меньшей мере, одного из, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения разных длин волн или диапазона длин волн, с тем, чтобы, по меньшей мере, частично компенсировать оптические аберрации.
2. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутый блок (102) излучения приспособлен для формирования, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения возбуждения разной длины волны или диапазона длин волн, упомянутый оптический элемент (25) приспособлен для приема упомянутых, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения возбуждения.
3. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутый оптический компенсатор (5) привносит, по меньшей мере, фазовый сдвиг в один из упомянутых пучков излучения.
4. Система (100) детектирования по п.2, в которой оптический компенсатор (5) может привносить, по меньшей мере, фазовый сдвиг в один из упомянутых пучков излучения возбуждения для фокусировки упомянутого пучка(ов) излучения возбуждения в одном и том же фокусе на подложке.
5. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутый оптический компенсатор (5) и упомянутый первый оптический элемент (25) являются отдельными элементами.
6. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутый оптический компенсатор (5) включен в первый оптический элемент (25).
7. Система (100) детектирования по п.2, в которой упомянутая система детектирования является приспособленной для выбора одного из упомянутых, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения, которые должны использоваться разом.
8. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутый блок (102) детектирования приспособлен для формирования одновременно, по меньшей мере, двух из упомянутых по меньшей мере двух пучков излучения возбуждения.
9. Система (100) детектирования по п.8, в которой упомянутая система детектирования, кроме того, содержит блок детектирования, имеющий, по меньшей мере, детекторный элемент и оптические элементы для фокусировки упомянутых, по меньшей мере двух, пучков излучения люминесценции в качестве параллельных областей излучения люминесценции на детекторном элементе.
10. Система (100) детектирования по п.8, в которой упомянутая система детектирования, кроме того, содержит блок детектирования, имеющий, по меньшей мере, детекторный элемент и оптические элементы для фокусировки упомянутых, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения люминесценции в качестве сопредельных областей излучения люминесценции, находящихся на одной линии на подложке (6).
11. Система (100) детектирования по п.1, в которой упомянутая система детектирования содержит блок детектирования, приспособленный для одновременного детектирования разных пучков излучения люминесценции из упомянутых мест люминесценции, каждый из упомянутых разных пучков излучения люминесценции имеет по существу разную длину волны.
12. Система (100) детектирования по п.2, в которой упомянутые, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения возбуждения, будучи первым, вторым и третьим пучком излучения, имеют среднюю длину волны в диапазоне длин волн от 760 до 800 нм, от 640 до 680 нм и от 380 до 420 нм, соответственно.
13. Оптический компенсатор (5) для настройки, по меньшей мере, одного из, по меньшей мере, двух падающих пучков излучения разной длины волны или диапазона длин волн, оптический компенсатор является приспособленным для фокусировки упомянутых, по меньшей мере, двух падающих пучков излучения в одном и том же фокусе на подложке с использованием одного и того же оптического элемента.
14. Оптический компенсатор (5) по п.13, в котором оптический компенсатор (5) является приспосабливаемым посредством непериодических фазовых структур.
15. Оптический компенсатор (5) по п.13, в котором при этом, упомянутый оптический компенсатор (5) является фазовым диском, имеющим разные непериодические фазовые структуры, через которые выполнены с возможностью проходить, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения.
16. Способ (200) для детектирования мест облучения на подложке (6), способ (200) состоит в том, что:
формируют, по меньшей мере, один пучок излучения возбуждения для возбуждения мест люминесценции на подложке (6),
направляют, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения разной длины волны или диапазона длин волн, упомянутые, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения являются пучком(ами) излучения возбуждения, который должен фокусироваться на подложке, и/или пучком(ами) излучения люминесценции, который должен собираться из возбужденных мест люминесценции на подложке (6),
настраивают один из, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения разных длин волн или диапазонов длин волн, с тем, чтобы, по меньшей мере, частично компенсировать оптические аберрации.
17. Способ (200) по п.16, в котором
формирование, по меньшей мере, одного пучка излучения возбуждения состоит в том, что формируют, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения возбуждения,
направление, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения состоит в том, что фокусируют, по меньшей мере, два пучка излучения возбуждения на подложке (6), и
настройка одного из, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения состоит в том, что настраивают, по меньшей мере, один из упомянутых, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения возбуждения для создания общего фокуса на подложке (6).
18. Основанный на компьютере способ (300) для проектирования оптического компенсатора (5), способ (300) состоит в том, что:
получают информацию о длине волны или средней длине волны каждого из, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения разной длины волны или диапазона длин волн,
получают информацию о расположении и оптических характеристиках оптического элемента, используемого для фокусировки, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения, и
определяют оптимальные параметры признаков оптического компенсатора, из условия чтобы оптические аберрации снижались для, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения, принимая во внимание, что один и тот же фокус должен быть получен для, по меньшей мере, двух пучков излучения, фокусируемых одиночным оптическим элементом.
19. Компьютерный программный продукт для выполнения способа по п.18.
20. Машиночитаемое устройство хранения данных, хранящее компьютерный программный продукт по п.19.
21. Передача компьютерного программного продукта по п.19 по локальной или глобальной телекоммуникационной сети.
