Abstract
1. Слоистая композиция, содержащая внутреннее ядро и, внешний слой поверх внутреннего ядра, причем внешний слой содержит тугоплавкий неорганический оксид, волокнистый компонент и неорганическое связующее вещество. ! 2. Композиция по п.1, где слоистая композиция имеет ударное дробление менее чем 10 мас.%. ! 3. Композиция по п.1, кроме того, содержащая каталитический компонент, диспергированный на внешнем слое и выбранный из группы, состоящей из элемента из групп 3-12 Периодической таблицы элементов (IUPAC) и их смесей. ! 4. Композиция по п.4, кроме того, содержащая модифицирующий компонент, диспергированный на внешнем слое и выбранный из группы, состоящей из щелочных металлов, щелочноземельных металлов, олова, германия, рения, галлия, висмута, свинца, индия, церия, цинка, бора и их смесей. ! 5. Композиция по п.1 или 3, где на внешний слой нанесено от одного до 5 дополнительных слоев, и где соседние слои содержат различные неорганические оксиды. ! 6. Композиция по п.5, где, по меньшей мере, один из дополнительных слоев имеет каталитический компонент, диспергированный на нем, и где каталитический компонент выбран из группы, состоящей из элемента 3-12 групп Периодической таблицы элементов (ШРАС) и их смесей. ! 7. Способ приготовления слоистой композиции, содержащей внутреннее ядро и внешний слой поверх внутреннего ядра, который содержит тугоплавкий неорганический оксид, волокнистый компонент и неорганическое связующее вещество; причем способ включает: ! нанесение покрытия на внутреннее ядро с помощью суспензии, содержащей внешний тугоплавкий неорганический оксид, волокнистый компонент, предшественник неорганического связующего вещества,
Claims (11)
1. Слоистая композиция, содержащая внутреннее ядро и, внешний слой поверх внутреннего ядра, причем внешний слой содержит тугоплавкий неорганический оксид, волокнистый компонент и неорганическое связующее вещество.
2. Композиция по п.1, где слоистая композиция имеет ударное дробление менее чем 10 мас.%.
3. Композиция по п.1, кроме того, содержащая каталитический компонент, диспергированный на внешнем слое и выбранный из группы, состоящей из элемента из групп 3-12 Периодической таблицы элементов (IUPAC) и их смесей.
4. Композиция по п.4, кроме того, содержащая модифицирующий компонент, диспергированный на внешнем слое и выбранный из группы, состоящей из щелочных металлов, щелочноземельных металлов, олова, германия, рения, галлия, висмута, свинца, индия, церия, цинка, бора и их смесей.
5. Композиция по п.1 или 3, где на внешний слой нанесено от одного до 5 дополнительных слоев, и где соседние слои содержат различные неорганические оксиды.
6. Композиция по п.5, где, по меньшей мере, один из дополнительных слоев имеет каталитический компонент, диспергированный на нем, и где каталитический компонент выбран из группы, состоящей из элемента 3-12 групп Периодической таблицы элементов (ШРАС) и их смесей.
7. Способ приготовления слоистой композиции, содержащей внутреннее ядро и внешний слой поверх внутреннего ядра, который содержит тугоплавкий неорганический оксид, волокнистый компонент и неорганическое связующее вещество; причем способ включает:
нанесение покрытия на внутреннее ядро с помощью суспензии, содержащей внешний тугоплавкий неорганический оксид, волокнистый компонент, предшественник неорганического связующего вещества, органический связующий агент и растворитель, с образованием ядра с нанесенным покрытием; и
кальцинирование ядра с нанесенным покрытием при температуре, по меньшей мере, 200°С в течение времени, достаточного для связывания внешнего слоя с внутренним ядром и получения слоистой композиции.
8. Способ по п.7, кроме того, содержащий импрегнирование слоистой композиции раствором, содержащим соединение каталитического металла для получения импрегнированной слоистой композиции, и кальцинирование импрегнированной слоистой композиции при температуре 200-700°С в течение времени, достаточного для нанесения компонента каталитического металла на внешний слой тугоплавкого неорганического оксида, и где каталитический металл выбран из группы, состоящей из элемента 3-12 групп Периодической таблицы элементов (IUPAC).
9. Способ по п.8, где раствор, кроме того, содержит модифицирующий компонент, и где модифицирующий компонент выбран из группы, состоящей из щелочных металлов, щелочноземельных металлов, олова, германия, рения, галлия, висмута, свинца, индия, церия, цинка, бора и их смесей.
10. Способ по п.7, где стадии нанесения покрытия и кальцинирования повторяют от 1 до 5 раз для получения нескольких слоев.
11. Способ конверсии углеводорода, содержащий контактирование углеводородного потока со слоистой композицией по п.1, или 2, или 3, или 4, или 5, или 6 в условиях конверсии углеводорода с образованием конвертированного продукта.
