Claims (7)
1. Способ измерения поглощенной дозы ионизирующего излучения, включающий стадии:
(a) экстракции белков из ткани или крови, взятых у живого организма, и
(b) определения содержания, по меньшей мере, одного из продуктов расщепления белка LyGDI каспазой-1 и каспазой-3 в экстрагированных белках.
2. Способ измерения поглощенной дозы ионизирующего излучения по п.1, где определяют содержание продуктов расщепления белка LyGDI каспазой-1 и продуктов расщепления белка LyGDI каспазой-3.
3. Способ измерения поглощенной дозы ионизирующего излучения по п.1 или 2, где содержание продуктов расщепления белка LyGDI каспазой-1 и каспазой-3 определяют методом иммуноблоттинга.
4. Способ измерения поглощенной дозы ионизирующего излучения по п.1 или 2, где белок экстрагируют из взятой из организма ткани тимуса, костного мозга, селезенки, интестинального эпителия или крови.
5. Способ измерения поглощенной дозы ионизирующего излучения по п.1 или 2, где белок экстрагируют из взятой из организма ткани тимуса.
6. Способ измерения поглощенной дозы ионизирующего излучения по п.1 или 2, где белок экстрагируют из взятой из организма крови.
7. Набор для измерения поглощенной дозы ионизирующего излучения, который содержит антитело для определения методом иммуноблоттинга содержания, по меньшей мере, одного из продуктов расщепления белка LyGDI каспазой-1 и каспазой-3 в белках, экстрагированных из ткани или крови, взятых у живого организма.
