Claims (6)

1. Противомикробное активное вещество DM0507, отличающееся тем, что его получают способом продуцирования, содержащим следующие этапы от (a) до (d):
(a) культивирование Bacillus subtilis;
(b) сбор супернатанта от полученной культуры;
(c) сбор осадка, образованного путем регулирования уровня pH супернатанта до 3 или ниже; и
(d) осуществление экстракции осадка этанолом.
2. Противомикробное активное вещество DM0507 по п.1, обладающее противомикробной активностью против следующих групп микроорганизмов от (A) до (D):
Группа (A) (аэробные/факультативные анаэробные микроорганизмы)
Streptococcus suis,
Streptococcus pneumoniae,
Streptococcus pyogenes,
Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633,
Bacillus cereus var. mycoides ATCC 11778,
Arcanobacterium pyogenes,
Aeromonas salmonicida,
Aeromonas hydrophila,
Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans JCM 2434,
Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae тип 2,
Haemophilus parasuis,
Pasteurella multocida тип D,
Pasteurella haemolytica,
Salmonella typhimurium,

3. Противомикробное активное вещество DM0507 по п.1 или 2, в котором Bacillus subtilis представляет собой Bacillus subtilis DB9011 (FERM BP-3418).
4. Противомикробный агент, содержащий противомикробное активное вещество DM0507 по любому из пп.1-3 в качестве активного компонента.
5. Пищевой продукт или напиток, содержащий противомикробное активное вещество DM0507 по любому из пп.1-3.
6. Способ продуцирования противомикробного активного вещества DM0507, отличающийся содержанием следующих этапов от (a) до (d):
(a) культивирование Bacillus subtilis;
(b) сбор супернатанта от полученной культуры;
(c) сбор осадка, образованного путем регулирования уровня pH супернатанта до 3 или ниже; и
(d) осуществление экстракции осадка этанолом.
