Claims (12)

1. Способ покрытия металлов, выбранных из группы, состоящей цинка и его сплавов, в котором металл, в случае необходимости, очищают,
a) подвергают конверсионной обработке, известной щ уровня техники, путем контакта с конверсионным раствором, содержащим, по меньшей мере, одну комплексную соль, по меньшей мере, одного металла М, причем образуется конверсионный слой, который содержит от 0,01 до 0,7 ммоль/м2 металла М,
b) желательно промывают водой и/или сушат,
c) приводят в контакт со средством покрытия, которое содержит
с1) в целом от 5 до 30 мас.% одной или нескольких алифатических сшивающих отжигаемых смол,
с2) в целом от 10 до 30 мас.% одного или нескольких средств сшивки для компонента с1,
с3) от 4 до 30 мас.% одного или нескольких пигментов, защищающих от коррозии, а в качестве остатка один или несколько органических растворителей и/или воду, а также, при необходимости, другие действующие и вспомогательные вещества, а затем
d) покрытие, полученное на стадии с), отверждают путем нагрева субстрата до температуры, по меньшей мере, 100°С.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для конверсионной обработки а) используют кислый водный не содержащий хрома раствор, содержащий металл М в форме комплексных фторидов.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии с) наносят такое количество средства покрытия, чтобы после стадии затвердевания d) получить слой, толщина которого находится в интервале от 3 до 35 мкм, предпочтительно, в интервале от 6 до 20 мкм.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отжигаемая уретановая смола с1 блокирована защитной группой, которую отщепляют при температуре в интервале от 100 до 180°С.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средство сшивки с2 выбирают в каждом случае из содержащих гидроксильные группы полиакрилатов, простых и сложных полиэфиров, поликарбонатов и поликарбонат-(сложных)полиэфиров, а также их смесей.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что антикоррозионный пигмент с3) выбирают из неорганических пигментов, содержащих катионы металлов с валентностью 2 или более, которые могут быть заменены на ионы щелочных металлов.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержание твердых веществ на стадии с) составляет, по меньшей мере, 30 мас.% в особенности, по меньшей мере, 40 мас.%, не более, 80 мас.%, в особенности, не более 70 мас.%.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что массовое соотношение между антикоррозионным пигментом с3 и связывающим средством с1+с2 составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,1, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 0,2, и не более 0,75, предпочтительно, не более 0,6.
9. Способ по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что покрываемый металл имеет форму непрерывно движущейся ленты, и что стадии а) и с) осуществляют путем нанесения валиками, причем промывку водой между этими стадиями и стадией затвердевания d) не осуществляют.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поверх покрытия, полученного после осуществления этого способа, лакировку не проводят.
11. Металлический лист, имеющий покрытие, получаемое способом по одному из пп.1-10, формованное изделие из такого металлического листа или предмет, содержащий подобный металлический лист или формованное изделие из него.
12. Применение металлического листа, формованного изделия или предмета по п.11 на внешних частях зданий.
