Claims (20)

1. Волокнистый композитный конструктивный элемент, содержащий, по меньшей мере, граничащие друг с другом первый и второй частичные элементы (1, 2) с соответствующей волокнистой структурой (3, 4) и различно затвердевающими матричными системами, в которые заделана волокнистая структура (3, 4), отличающийся тем, что матричная система первого частичного элемента (1) проходит неравномерными граничными поверхностями в зону второго частичного элемента (2), и матричная система второго частичного элемента (102) дополняющими граничными поверхностями соединена внутри второго частичного элемента (2) с матричной системой первого частичного элемента (1).
2. Волокнистый композитный конструктивный элемент, содержащий, по меньшей мере, граничащие друг с другом первый и второй частичные элементы (1, 2) с соответствующей волокнистой структурой (3, 4) и различно затвердевающими матричными системами, в которые заделана волокнистая структура (3, 4), отличающийся тем, что матричная система первого частичного элемента (1) проходит неравномерными граничными поверхностями в зону второго частичного элемента (2) и образует там зону (8) смешивания с неравномерными граничными поверхностями, и матричная система второго частичного элемента (102) соединена внутри второго частичного элемента (2) дополняющими граничными поверхностями с зоной (8) смешивания.
3. Волокнистый композитный конструктивный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что матричные системы частичных элементов (1, 2) образованы термопластичной пластмассой или термореактивной пластмассой.
4. Способ изготовления волокнистого композитного конструктивного элемента, содержащего, по меньшей мере, граничащие друг с другом первый и второй частичные элементы (1, 2) с соответствующей волокнистой структурой (3, 4) и различными матричными системами, в которые заделаны волокнистые структуры (3, 4), различно затвердевающими из жидкого состояния, отличающийся тем, что сначала переводят в жидкое состояние матричную систему первого частичного элемента (1), и она при этом неравномерно проникает в зону граничащего второго частичного элемента (2), затем переводят в жидкое состояние матричную систему второго частичного элемента (2) и осуществляют отверждение матричных систем.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что в качестве матричной системы частичных элементов (1, 2) используют термопластичную пластмассу или термореактивную пластмассу.

Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что волокнистая структура (4) второго частичного элемента (2) без матричной системы прилегает к первому частичному элементу (1), когда термопласт посредством нагревания переводят в жидкое состояние, и что затем впрыскивают термореактивную пластмассу в жидком виде во второй частичный элемент (2).
7. Способ по п.5 или 6, отличающийся тем, что термопласт содержится в волокнистой структуре (3) частичного элемента (1).
8. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что волокнистые структуры (3, 4) частичных элементов (1, 2) укладывают в форму (6), и что все стадии способа вплоть до затвердевания матричных систем выполняют в однажды закрытой форме (6).
9. Способ по п. 5 или 8, отличающийся тем, что термореактивный материал соответствующего частичного элемента применяют при первой температуре в жидком виде, и он проникает в другой частичный элемент (1) за счет того, что термопласт переходит в жидкое состояние при более высокой температуре, чем первая температура.
10. Способ изготовления волокнистого композитного конструктивного элемента, содержащего, по меньшей мере, граничащие друг с другом первый и второй частичные элементы (1, 5) с соответствующей волокнистой структурой (2а, 2b) и матричными системами (3), в которые заделаны волокнистые структуры (2а, 2b), отличающийся тем, что консолидируют первый частичный элемент (1), за исключением предусмотренной для соединения со вторым частичным элементом переходной зоны (4) с не смоченной матричной системой (3) волокнистой структурой (2а), и затем консолидируют второй частичный элемент (5) после проникновения матричной системы (6) второго частичного элемента (5) в переходную зону (4) первого частичного элемента (1).
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что консолидацию первого и/или второго частичного элемента (1, 5) выполняют посредством перевода в жидкое состояние и последующего отверждения соответствующей матричной системы (3, 6).
12. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что консолидацию первого и/или второго частичного элемента (1, 5) выполняют посредством впрыска и последующего отверждения соответствующей матричной системы (3, 6).
13. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что переходную зону (4) выполняют с неравномерным распределением толщины по площади переходной зоны (4).
14. Способ по п. 10 или 13, отличающийся тем, что первый частичный элемент (1) выполняют, по меньшей мере, из двух слоев (7а, 7b, или 8a, 8b, или 9a, 9b), которые соединены друг с другом, при этом первый слой (7а, 8а, 9а) является снабженной матричной системой (3) волокнистой структурой (2), и второй слой (7b, 8b, 9b) является соединенной с первым слоем (7а, 8а, 9а), не снабженной матричной системой и образующей переходную зону (4) волокнистой структурой (2).
15. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что в качестве первого слоя (7а, 8а, 9а) используют термопластичный смешанный гибрид или термопластичный препрег.
16. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что сшивают друг с другом волокнистые структуры (2), по меньшей мере, двух слоев (7а, 7b; 8a, 8b; 9a, 9b).
17. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что наносят второй слой (7b, 8b, 9b), который состоит из сшитых друг с другом волокнистых слоев (2), из укладки волокон или предварительно сформированного волокнистого слоя, на первый слой (7а, 8а, 9а) и консолидируют матричную систему (3) первого частичного элемента (1), за исключением переходной зоны (4).
18. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что переводят в жидкое состояние термопластичный матричный материал (3) первого слоя (7а, 8а, 9а) и осуществляют отверждение частично проникшего при переводе в жидкое состояние во второй слой (7b, 8b, 9b) матричного материала (3).
19. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что вкладывают, по меньшей мере, одну термопластичную пленку (10) между первым и вторым слоем (9а, 9b) первого частичного элемента (1) перед консолидацией матричной системы (3) первого частичного элемента (1), и осуществляют отверждение матричной системы (3) с помощью нагревания так, что термопластичная пленка (10) плавится и частично проникает во второй слой (9b) с образованием неравномерной переходной зоны (4).
20. Способ по п.19, отличающийся тем, что термопластичная пленка (10) снабжена отверстиями или перфорацией.
