Abstract
ELEMENTO DE CONSTRUçãO DE FIBRAS COMPOSTAS E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM ELEMENTO DE CONSTRUçãO DE FIBRAS COMPOSTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de construção de fibras compostas com ao menos um primeiro e um segundo elementos parciais (1 ,2) limítrofes e com uma estrutura de fibras (3,4) e sistemas matriciais variados que embutem a estrutura de fibras (3,4), sistemas estes que endurecem de forma variável a partir de um estado liquefeito, pode ser produzido com maior estabilidade da ligação dos dois elementos parciais (1,2) pelo fato de que inicialmente será liquefeito o sistema matricial do primeiro elemento parcial (1) e no caso, penetra de forma irregular na região do segundo elemento parcial (2) limítrofe, e, em seguida, o sistema matricial do segundo elemento parcial (2) será liquefeito e os sistemas matriciais serão endurecidos. Pela configuração das faces limítrofes e regulares verifica-se um engranzamento ou um enganchamento recíproco dos sistemas matriciais com o que é produzido uma face limítrofe (5) com maior resistência ao cisalhamento. Alternativamente o primeiro elemento parcial será consolidado, preservando-se uma região de transição (104) prevista para conexão ao segundo elemento parcial (105), sendo esta consolidação realizada pelo sistema matricial (103) de estrutura de fibras (102a) não reticulada, e em seguida, o segundo elemento parcial (105), após a penetração do sistema matricial (106) do segundo elemento parcial (105), será consolidado na região da transição (104) do primeiro elemento parcial (101).
