Description
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも互いに隣接しておりかつそれぞれ繊維構造体(3、4)を有する第1および第2の部分要素(1、2)と、前記それぞれの繊維構造体(3、4)を埋設しかつ異なって硬化するマトリックスシステムとを具備し、不規則な境界面を有する、前記第1の部分要素(1)のマトリックスシステムは、前記第2の部分要素(2)の領域へ延びており、前記第2の部分要素(2)のマトリックスシステムは、相補的な境界面を有する前記第2の部分要素(2)の内部で、前記第1の部分要素(1)の前記マトリックスシステムに接続していることを特徴とする繊維複合材料構造要素。
- 少なくとも互いに隣接しておりかつそれぞれ繊維構造体(3、4)を有する第1および第2の部分要素(1、2)と、前記それぞれの繊維構造体(3、4)を埋設しかつ異なって硬化するマトリックスシステムとを具備し、不規則な境界面を有する、前記第1の部分要素(1)のマトリックスシステムは、前記第2の部分要素(2)の領域へ延びており、そこで、前記不規則な境界面を有する混合領域(8)を形成し、前記第2の部分要素(2)のマトリックスシステムは、相補的な境界面を有する前記第2の部分要素(2)の内部で、前記混合領域(8)に接続していることを特徴とする繊維複合材料構造要素。
- 前記部分要素(1、2)の前記マトリックスシステムは、熱可塑性樹脂によっておよび熱硬化性樹脂によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の繊維複合材料構造要素。
- 少なくとも互いに隣接しておりかつそれぞれ繊維構造体(3、4)を有する第1および第2の部分要素(1、2)と、前記それぞれの繊維構造体(3、4)を埋設しかつ液体状態から異なって硬化するマトリックスシステムとを具備する繊維複合材料構造要素を製造する方法であって、まず、前記第1の部分要素(1)のマトリックスシステムが液化され、前記隣接する第2の部分要素(2)の領域に不規則に浸透すること、続いて、前記第2の部分要素(2)の前記マトリックスシステムが液化されること、および前記マトリックスシステムが硬化されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記部分要素(1、2)のマトリックス構造として、熱可塑性樹脂および熱硬化性樹脂を用いることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部分要素(2)のマトリックス構造(4)は、前記熱可塑性樹脂が加熱によって液化されるとき、マトリックスシステムなしに、前記第1の部分要素(1)に接触していること、および、続いて、前記熱硬化性樹脂が、液状の形態で、前記第2の部分要素(2)へ注入されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂は、前記部分要素(1)の前記繊維構造体(3)に含まれていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記部分要素(1、2)の前記繊維構造体(3、4)を型(6)に挿入すること、および一度閉じた前記型(6)で前記マトリックスシステムを硬化するまでのすべての工程を実行することを特徴とする請求項4ないし7のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記部分要素の熱硬化性材料が、最初の温度で、液状の形態で用いられ、前記他方の部分要素(1)に浸透し、この部分要素では、熱可塑性樹脂が、前記最初の温度よりも高い温度で液化されることを特徴とする請求項4、5、7および8のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの互いに隣接しておりかつそれぞれ繊維構造体(2a、2b)を有する第1のおよび第2の部分要素(1、5)と、前記それぞれの繊維構造体(2a、2b)を埋設するマトリックスシステム(3)とを具備する繊維複合材料構造要素を製造する方法であって、前記第1の部分要素(1)は、前記マトリックスシステム(3)によって濡らされていない繊維構造体(2a)を有しかつ前記第2の部分要素(5)への結合のために設けられた遷移領域(4)をそのままにして、固結されること、および、続いて、前記第2の部分要素(5)は、前記第2の部分要素(5)の前記マトリックスシステム(6)の、前記第1の部分要素(1)の前記遷移領域(4)への浸透後に、固結されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記第1のおよび/または第2の部分要素(1、5)の固結は、前記各々のマトリックスシステム(3、6)の液化および続いての硬化によってなされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のおよび/または第2の部分要素(1、5)の固結は、前記各々のマトリックスシステム(3、6)の注入および続いての硬化によってなされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記遷移領域(4)は、この遷移領域(4)の表面に亘って不規則な厚さの分布をなしてデザインされることを特徴とする請求項10ないし12のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 互いに結合される少なくとも2つの層(7a、7bまたは8a、8bまたは9a、9b)から前記第1の部分要素(1)を構成すること、詳しくは、第1の層(7a、8a、9a)は、マトリックスシステム(3)を有する繊維構造体(2)であり、第2の層(7b、8b、9b)は、前記第1の層(7a、8a、9a)に結合されており、マトリックスシステムを有さずかつ前記遷移領域(4)を形成する繊維構造体(2)であることを特徴とする請求項10ないし13のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(7a、8a、9a)として、熱可塑性樹脂−コミングリングハイブリッドまたは熱可塑性樹脂−プリプレグが用いられることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの層(7a、7b;8a、8b;9a、9b)の繊維構造体(2)を互いに縫い合わせることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 互いに縫い合わされた繊維層(2)から、1つの繊維織物から、または1つのプリフォーム繊維層から形成されている前記第2の層(7b、8b、9b)を前記第1の層(7a、8a、9a)に形成すること、および、前記遷移領域(4)をそのままにして、前記第1の部分要素(1)の前記マトリックスシステム(3)を固結させることを特徴とする請求項14ないし16のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(7a、8a、9a)の熱可塑性のマトリックス材料(3)を液化すること、および、液化の際に部分的に前記第2の層(7b、8b、9b)に浸透した前記マトリックス材料(3)を硬化することを特徴とする請求項14ないし17のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分要素(1)の前記マトリックスシステム(3)の固結前に、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性樹脂フィルム(10)を、前記第1の部分要素(1)の前記第1の層(9a)と前記第2の層(9b)との間に挿入すること、および、前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム(10)が溶けて、部分的に前記第2の層(9b)に浸透して、不均等な遷移領域(4)を形成するように、熱の供給によって前記マトリックスシステム(3)を硬化することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム(10)は穿孔されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
