Claims (9)
1. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками (1) с корпусом (2), мостиком корпуса (3), по меньшей мере с одним плечом корпуса (6), оснащенным приводом (4, 5), включающим в себя силовой цилиндр (5) и перемещающуюся вдоль оси (13) подвижную часть (4), по меньшей мере с одной тормозной колодкой (21), размещенной на элементе (4) и подвижно закрепленной на по меньшей мере одной опоре (27, 28), с прижимной пружиной (14), создающей между тормозной колодкой (21) и по меньшей мере одной поверхностью прилегания (15, 16) в мостике корпуса (3) прижимное усилие FR и отжимающей таким образом тормозную колодку (21) к опоре (27, 28), отличающийся тем, что поверхность прилегания (15, 16) прижимной пружины (14) расположена антипараллельно оси движения (13).
2. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.1, отличающийся тем, что угол α между поверхностью прилегания (15, 16) и осью движения (13) больше 0°, причем угол α расположен в плоскости, заданной осью движения (13) и вектором равнодействующей упругой силы FF.
3. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.2, отличающийся тем, что угол α больше 1,5°.
4. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.2, отличающийся тем, что угол α составляет 1,5°-11°.
5. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.1, отличающийся тем, что существует по меньшей мере одна поверхность контакта (17, 32) между прижимной пружиной (14) и поверхностью прилегания (15, 16) в мостике корпуса (3), которая обладает формой точки.
6. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поверхность прилегания (15, 16) и мостик корпуса (3) выполнены как одна деталь.
7. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поверхность прилегания (15, 16) и мостик корпуса (3) выполнены как отдельные детали, а поверхность прилегания (15, 16) сформирована по меньшей мере одной навесной деталью (18, 19).
8. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.1, отличающийся тем, что прижимная пружина (14) выполнена как проволочная или листовая пружина.
9. Дисковый тормоз с укороченными накладками по п.1, отличающийся тем, что привод (4, 5) основан главным образом на гидравлическом или механическом принципе действия.
