Claims (7)
1. Инструмент (1) для использования в лапароскопической хирургии, содержащий рукоятку (2), имеющую привод (3) для манипулирования через рычажный механизм (3', 5, 6) исполнительным органом (9), установленным на первом конце трубчатого элемента (7), причем второй конец трубчатого элемента (7) проходит в рукоятку (2) инструмента (1) и соединен с рычажным механизмом (3', 5, 6), отличающийся тем, что рычажный механизм (3', 5, 6) образован ножницеобразным звеном (3', 5), соединенным первым концом с рукояткой (2) при помощи первого поворотного соединения (4), и рычагом (6), соединенным вторым концом с рукояткой (2) при помощи второго поворотного соединения (46), причем ножницеобразное звено (3', 5) вторым концом соединено с первым концом рычага (6) при помощи третьего поворотного соединения (44).
2. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что трубчатый элемент (7) соединен с рычагом (6) в части, расположенной между третьим поворотным соединением (44) и вторым поворотным соединением (46).
3. Инструмент по п.2, отличающийся тем, что трубчатый элемент (7) соединен с рычагом (6) в части, расположенной ближе ко второму поворотному соединению, чем к третьему поворотному соединению (44).
4. Инструмент по любому из предшествующих пп., отличающийся тем, что рукоятка (2) содержит, по меньшей мере, одну регулируемую часть (8) для регулирования размера рукоятки (2) в зависимости от требований пользователя.
5. Инструмент по п.4, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна регулируемая часть расположена в задней части рукоятки (2).
6. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержит смещающий элемент (35) для смещения привода (3) в крайнее выступающее положение.
7. Инструмент по п.6, отличающийся тем, что смещающий элемент выполнен в виде пружины (35).
