Claims (21)
1. Способ извлечения сжиженных соединений C3 из потока природного газа, содержащего соединения C3, который включает
(a) охлаждение потока природного газа при условиях, обеспечивающих сжижение природного газа, посредством чего образуют смесь, содержащую сжиженный природный газ (СПГ) и жидкую фракцию соединений C3;
(b) фракционирование смеси, содержащей сжиженный природный газ (СПГ) и жидкую фракцию соединений C3, в зоне отделения при давлении ниже атмосферного и при условиях, обусловливающих испарение основной части присутствующего природного газа при сохранении соединений C3 в виде жидкой фракции; и
(c) удаление по отдельности из зоны отделения природного газа и жидкой фракции соединений C3.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором в зоне отделения поддерживают давление менее 12 фунтов на кв. дюйм (абс. давления) и при температуре в кубе в интервале от примерно 0°F до примерно 200°F.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором температуру в кубе зоны отделения поддерживают в интервале от примерно 20°F до примерно 150°F.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором поток природного газа также содержит соединения C4, и смесь, содержащую жидкие соединения C3-C4, извлекают из зоны отделения.
5. Способ по п.4, включающий следующие дополнительные этапы:
(d) введение смеси, содержащей жидкие соединения C3-C4, во вторую зону отделения при давлении ниже атмосферного и при условиях, обусловливающих испарение основной части присутствующих соединений C3 при сохранении соединений C4 в виде жидкой фракции; и
(e) удаление по отдельности из второй зоны отделения соединений C3 и жидкой фракции соединений C4.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором вторую зону отделения поддерживают при давлении менее 12 фунтов на кв. дюйм (абс. давления) и при температуре в кубе в интервале от примерно 20°F до примерно 250°F.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором температуру в кубе второй зоны отделения поддерживают в интервале от примерно 40°F до примерно 150°F.
8. Способ по п.5, в котором поток природного газа также содержит соединения C5+, и смесь, содержащую жидкие соединения C4 и C5+, извлекают из второй зоны отделения.
9. Способ по п.8, включающий следующие дополнительные этапы:
(f) введение смеси, содержащей жидкие соединения C4-C5+, в третью зону отделения при давлении ниже атмосферного и при условиях, обусловливающих испарение основной части присутствующих соединений C4 при сохранении соединений C5+ в виде жидкой фракции; и
(g) удаление по отдельности из третьей зоны отделения соединений C4 и C5+.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором в третьей зоне отделения поддерживают давление менее 12 фунтов на кв. дюйм (абс. давления) и при кубовой температуре в интервале от примерно -75°F до примерно 75°F.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором кубовую температуру в третьей зоне отделения поддерживают в интервале от примерно -50°F до примерно 50°F.
12. Способ извлечения сжиженных соединений C3+ из потока природного газа, содержащего соединения C3, C4, и C5+ который включает
(a) охлаждение потока природного газа при условиях, обеспечивающих сжижение природного газа, посредством чего образуют смесь, содержащую сжиженный природный газ (СПГ) и жидкую фракцию соединений C3+;
(b) фракционирование смеси, содержащей сжиженный природный газ (СПГ) и жидкую фракцию соединений C3+, в зоне отделения при давлении ниже атмосферного и при условиях, обусловливающих испарение основной части присутствующего природного газа при сохранении соединений C3+ в виде жидкой фракции;
(c) удаление по отдельности из зоны отделения природного газа и смеси, содержащей жидкую фракцию соединений C3+;
(d) введение смеси, содержащей жидкие соединения C3+, во вторую зону отделения при давлении ниже атмосферного и при условиях, обусловливающих испарение основной части присутствующих соединений C3 и C4 при сохранении соединений C5+ в виде жидкой фракции;
(e) удаление по отдельности из второй зоны отделения жидкой фракции соединений C5+ и смеси, содержащей соединения C3-C4.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором во второй зоне отделения поддерживают давление менее 12 фунтов на кв. дюйм (абс. давления) и при температуре в кубе в интервале от примерно -75°F до примерно 75°F.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором температуру в кубе второй зоны отделения поддерживают в интервале от примерно -50°F до примерно 50°F.
15. Способ по п.12, включающий следующие дополнительные этапы:
(f) введение смеси, содержащей соединения C3-C4, в третью зону отделения при давлении ниже атмосферного и при условиях, обусловливающих испарение основной части присутствующих соединений C3 при сохранении соединений C4 в виде жидкой фракции; и
(g) удаление по отдельности из третьей зоны отделения соединений C3 и жидкой фракции соединений C4.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором третью зону отделения поддерживают при давлении менее 12 фунтов на кв. дюйм (абс. давления) и при кубовой температуре в интервале от примерно 20°F до примерно 250°F.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором кубовую температуру в третьей зоне отделения поддерживают в интервале от примерно 40°F до примерно 150°F.
18. 20. Способ по п.18, в котором отпарной газ из оборудования для хранения продукта C3 вводят в зону отделения и рекуперируют в качестве части сжиженного продукта C3.
21. Способ по п.18, в котором отпарной газ из оборудования для хранения продукта C4 вводят в зону отделения и рекуперируют в качестве части сжиженного продукта C4.
