Abstract
1. Способ сжижения природного газа, в котором осуществляют следующие стадии: ! a) частично сжижают природный газ путем его охлаждения; ! b) вводят частично сжиженный природный газ во фракционную колонну так, чтобы получить обогащенную метаном газовую фракцию и жидкую фракцию, обедненную метаном, ! c) охлаждают газовую фракцию до частичного сжижения, затем вводят охлажденную газовую фракцию в баллон-отделитель так, чтобы разделить газовую фазу и жидкую фазу, ! d) рециркулируют по меньшей мере часть жидкой фазы во фракционной колонне в порядке орошения, ! e) отделяют жидкую фракцию так, чтобы получить фракцию, обогащенную этаном, и по меньшей мере фракцию, обогащенную соединениями более тяжелыми, чем этан, ! f) рециркулируют по меньшей мере часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, осуществляя один из следующих процессов: ! - вводят вышеназванную часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, в вышеназванный баллон-отделитель, ! - перед стадией d) смешивают вышеназванную часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, с вышеназванной жидкой фазой, ! g) сжижают газообразную фазу, полученную на стадии с) охлаждением, с последующим расширением для получения природного жидкого газа. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором вышеназванная фракция, обогащенная этаном, полученная на стадии е), содержит по меньшей мере 90 мол.% этана. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии f) вышеуказанная часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, рециркулирует до расхода от 5% до 20% этана, содержащегося в вышеуказанном природном газе. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором: ! - фракционная колонна функционирует под давлением от 40 бар до 60 бар, ! - на стадии а) природный газ охлаждают до температуры от 0°С до -60°С, и ! - на ст
Claims (11)
1. Способ сжижения природного газа, в котором осуществляют следующие стадии:
a) частично сжижают природный газ путем его охлаждения;
b) вводят частично сжиженный природный газ во фракционную колонну так, чтобы получить обогащенную метаном газовую фракцию и жидкую фракцию, обедненную метаном,
c) охлаждают газовую фракцию до частичного сжижения, затем вводят охлажденную газовую фракцию в баллон-отделитель так, чтобы разделить газовую фазу и жидкую фазу,
d) рециркулируют по меньшей мере часть жидкой фазы во фракционной колонне в порядке орошения,
e) отделяют жидкую фракцию так, чтобы получить фракцию, обогащенную этаном, и по меньшей мере фракцию, обогащенную соединениями более тяжелыми, чем этан,
f) рециркулируют по меньшей мере часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, осуществляя один из следующих процессов:
- вводят вышеназванную часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, в вышеназванный баллон-отделитель,
- перед стадией d) смешивают вышеназванную часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, с вышеназванной жидкой фазой,
g) сжижают газообразную фазу, полученную на стадии с) охлаждением, с последующим расширением для получения природного жидкого газа.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором вышеназванная фракция, обогащенная этаном, полученная на стадии е), содержит по меньшей мере 90 мол.% этана.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии f) вышеуказанная часть фракции, обогащенной этаном, рециркулирует до расхода от 5% до 20% этана, содержащегося в вышеуказанном природном газе.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором:
- фракционная колонна функционирует под давлением от 40 бар до 60 бар,
- на стадии а) природный газ охлаждают до температуры от 0°С до -60°С, и
- на стадии с) газовую фракцию охлаждают до температуры от -45°С до -70°С.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии е) в колонне деэтанизации отделяют жидкую фракцию, причем вышеуказанная фракция, обогащенная этаном, получена в верхней части колонны деэтанизации, причем фракция, обогащенная более тяжелыми, чем этан, соединениями, получена на дне колонны деэтанизации.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором фракция, обогащенная этаном, сжижена, по меньшей мере, частично, причем часть жидкой фракции, обогащенной этаном, введена в верхнюю часть колонны деэтанизации в порядке орошения, а другая часть жидкой фракции, обогащенной этаном, рециркулирует в соответствии со стадией f).
7. Способ по п.6, в котором:
- колонна деэтанизации функционирует под давлением от 20 бар до 35 бар, и
- вышеуказанная фракция, обогащенная этаном, по меньшей мере частично сжижена охлаждением до температуры от -5°С до 10°С.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором на стадии е) в колонне деметанизации отделяют жидкую фракцию так, чтобы получить газовый поток, обогащенный метаном, и жидкий поток, обогащенный более тяжелыми, чем метан, соединениями, затем в колонне деэтанизации отделяют жидкий поток, причем вышеуказанная фракция, обогащенная этаном, получена в вершине колонны деэтанизации, а фракция, обогащенная более тяжелыми, чем этан, соединениями, получена на дне колонны деэтанизации.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором фракция, обогащенная этаном, сжижена по меньшей мере частично, причем часть жидкой фракции, обогащенной этаном, введена в верхнюю части колонны деэтанизации в порядке орошения, а другая часть жидкой фракции, обогащенной этаном, рециркулирует в соответствии со стадией f).
10. Способ по п.8, в котором вводят часть жидкой фракции, полученной на стадии с), в вершину колонны деметанизации в порядке орошения.
11. Способ по п.8, в котором:
- колонна деметанизации функционирует под давлением от 25 бар до 40 бар,
- колонна деэтанизации функционирует при давлении от 20 бар до 35 бар,
- вышеназванная фракция, обогащенная этаном, по меньшей мере частично сжижена охлаждением до температуры от -5°С до 10°С.
