Claims (10)
1. Способ очистки глифосата (PMG), включающий:
1) растворение или суспендирование материала, содержащего PMG, в воде в присутствии основания с получением композиции, включающей соль PMG в водном растворе основания,
2) приведение композиции в контакт с кислотой таким образом, что соль PMG нейтрализуется, с получением осажденного PMG и
3) выделение осажденного PMG,
при условии, что композицию со стадии 1) не концентрируют и не фильтруют с использованием мембранного нанофильтра.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором количество основания составляет от 0,5 до 1,2 молярных эквивалентов в расчете на число моль материала PMG.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором количество кислоты, используемой для нейтрализации, составляет от 0,5 до 1,3 молярных эквивалентов в расчете на число моль материала PMG.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором основание представляет собой гидроксид натрия.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором кислота представляет собой хлористоводородную кислоту.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором очищенный продукт PMG содержит менее чем 0,1 мас.% глицина, в расчете на общую массу очищенного продукта PMG.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором очищенный продукт PMG содержит менее чем 0,1 мас.% MePMG в расчете на общую массу очищенного продукта PMG.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором очищенный продукт PMG содержит менее чем 0,2 мас.% глифозина от общей массы очищенного продукта PMG.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором продукт стадии 2) имеет рН от 0,9 до 2,9.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором продукт стадии 2) имеет рН от 0,9 до 1,25.
