Остеосинтез проксимального отдела плечевой кости с помощью внешнего и внутреннего фиксаторов, где в качестве внутреннего фиксатора используют костный трансплантат, проксимальную часть которого вводят в поврежденную зону головки, отличающийся тем, что зону оскольчатого перелома восстанавливают, используя дистальную часть того же костного трансплантата, фиксируя его в неповрежденной части диафиза; при этом трансплантат подбирают в соответствии с анатомической формой и антропологическими особенностями кости, а объемную форму ее восстанавливают путем подбора и крепления осколков на трансплантате при помощи спиц и винтов.Osteosynthesis of the proximal humerus using external and internal fixators, where a bone graft is used as an internal fixator, the proximal part of which is inserted into the damaged area of the head, characterized in that the comminuted fracture zone is restored using the distal part of the same bone graft, fixing it in intact parts of the diaphysis; while the graft is selected in accordance with the anatomical shape and anthropological features of the bone, and its volumetric shape is restored by selecting and attaching fragments to the graft using knitting needles and screws.
