Способ лечения переломов проксимального отдела плечевой кости, включающий проведение перекрещивающихся спиц через зону перелома в проксимальный отломок с фиксацией спиц накостным элементом, отличающийся тем, что устройство фиксации устанавливают ниже зоны перелома по наружне-боковой поверхности дистального отломка, через продолговатое отверстие устройства на уровне одного из крайних отверстий вводят винт через оба кортикальных слоя, через крайние отверстия вводят спицы до субхондральной зоны, в продолговатое отверстие в области второй крайней спицы вводят другой винт, концы спиц откусывают и фиксируют путем загиба концов спиц с упором в стенку высокой ступени пластины со стороны низкой ступени и закручивания винтов, через средние каналы вводят спицы до субхондральной зоны, концы спиц откусывают и загибают в продолговатое отверстие пластины.1.
