Claims (29)
1. Швеллерная балка, содержащая плоскую удлиненную стенку и полые полки с параллельными сторонами, расположенные параллельно друг другу вдоль противоположных краев указанной стенки, перпендикулярно ее плоскости, и проходящие в одном направлении от поверхности этой стенки, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины каждой полки, измеряемой между ее противолежащими торцевыми поверхностями в направлении, перпендикулярном упомянутой поверхности стенки, к глубине балки, измеряемой между противолежащими внешними поверхностями упомянутых полок, лежит в диапазоне от 0,2 до 0,4.
2. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины каждой полки к ее глубине находится в диапазоне от 1,5 до 4,0.
3. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины каждой полки к толщине стенки находится в диапазоне от 15 до 50.
4. Балка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины каждой полки к ее глубине находится в диапазоне от 2,5 до 3,5.
5. Балка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины каждой полки к ее глубине находится в диапазоне от 2,8 до 3,2.
6. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины каждой полки к глубине балки находится в диапазоне от 0,25 до 0,35.
7. Балка по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины каждой полки к глубине балки находится в диапазоне от 0,28 до 0,32.
8. Балка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины полки к толщине стенки находится в диапазоне от 25 до 35.
9. Балка по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины полки к толщине стенки находится в диапазоне от 28 до 32.
10. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена из стали.
11. Балка по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена из высокопрочной стали более 300 МПа.
12. Балка по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена из нержавеющей стали.
13. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она изготовлена с использованием плоского элемента стенки, вдоль противоположных краев которого непрерывным швом приварены элементы полых полок, торцевая поверхность которых лежит по существу в той же плоскости, что и внешняя поверхность указанного элемента стенки.
14. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена из одного листа стали.
15. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена путем сгибания.
16. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена путем прокатки листового материала.
17. Балка по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что свободные края полых полок приварены к смежному участку стенки непрерывным швом с обеспечением замкнутого состояния этих полых полок.
18. Балка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что свободные края полых полок приварены непрерывным швом к поверхности стенки на участке между ее противоположными краями.
19. Балка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что свободные края полых полок приварены непрерывным швом вдоль соответствующих боковых границ балочной стенки.
20. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена путем непрерывной холодной прокатки.
21. Балка по п.20, отличающаяся тем, что свободные края полых полок приварены непрерывным швом посредством сварки неплавящимся электродом.
22. Балка по п.14, отличающаяся тем, что свободные края полых полок приварены непрерывным швом посредством сварки плавящимся электродом.
23. Балка по п.21, отличающаяся тем, что свободные края полых полок приварены непрерывным швом посредством сварки ERW.
24. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она изготовлена из стальных листов с антикоррозийным покрытием.
25. Балка по п.21, отличающаяся тем, что она покрыта антикоррозийным покрытием после приваривания свободных краев полок.
26. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что ее стенка имеет ребра жесткости.
27. Балка по п.26, отличающаяся тем, что ребра жесткости ориентированы вдоль стенки.
28. Балка по п.26, отличающаяся тем, что ребра жесткости проходят поперек стенки.
29. Балка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что каждая ее полка имеет по меньшей мере одно продольное ребро жесткости.
