Description
15 20 25 30 35 40 504 Û12 2 Fig 3 visar en tvärsektion genom balken i fig 1 och 2 för åskåd- liggörande av dess fyrkantiga profil. Fig 4 visar i stor skala en del av ett sträckmetallparti i balken enligt de tidigare figurer- na.
Den på ritningarna visade utföringsformen av en balk enligt före- liggande uppfinning kan ha i princip oändlig längd och i princip vilken som helst önskad profil, ehuru det i fig 3 visas en fyrsi- dig huvudsakligen kvadratisk profil. En balk enligt föreliggande uppfinning kan som sagts ha vilken som helst lämplig profil, t ex tvåsidig oval profil eller elliptisk profil, fyrsidig profil eller fyrkantig profil enligt ritningarna, tresidig profil och många va- rianter och kombinationer av sådana profiler. Exempelvis är det tänkbart med en profil, som i princip består av ett antal triangu- lära profiler, t ex tre triangulära profiler eller t o m fyra tri- angulära profiler, som är hopkopplade eller förbundna med varandra på något lämpligt sätt, t ex med spetsarna mötande varandra. Fyr- kantiga profiler behöver naturligtvis inte vara kvadratiska utan kan ha i princip vilken som helst fyrkantig form. Ej heller behö- ver vinklarna i de fyrsidiga profilerna vara 90° utan kan vara and- ra än räta vinklar.
Den på ritningarna visade balken är såsom nämnts ovan fyrsidig och har ett sträckmetallparti 1 i var och en av de tre sidorna och ett sträckmetallparti 2 i den fjärde sidan. Den fjärde sidan uppvisar dessutom ett falsparti 3 av i och för sig konventionell typ. Mel- lan sidorna uppvisar profilen obrutna partier. Falspartiet 3 är upprättat på i och för sig konventionellt sätt i de tvâ mötande, obrutna kantpartierna, vilka erhålles efter profilering av balken till den visade fyrkantiga formen.
Falspartiet 3 kan vara ersatt av någon annan form av förbindning eller falsning. Förbindningen kan mycket väl utgöras av en svets i form av en punktsvets eller en sömsvets. Valet av förbindning el- ler koppling utgår lämpligen från valet av material i metallplå- ten.
I fig 4 visas i detalj en del av sträckmetallpartierna 1,2 och i denna detaljfigur framgår att sträckmetallpartierna har konventio- nell form med ett antal hål 4 mellan bryggor eller förbindningar 5 av själva metallplåten. 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 3 504 012 Det är naturligtvis även möjligt med andra typer av sträckmetall- konstruktioner, ehuru den visade föredrages. Det skall härvid på- talas att de uppåtriktade bågarna i bryggorna 5 är förskjutna upp ur ritningsplanet, medan de nedåtriktade bågarna av bryggorna 5 är förskjutna in i ritningsplanet, ehuru de är förbundna med varandra så att den uppåtgående bågen är förbunden med den nedåtgående bå- gen.
Det skall vidare pâtalas att det naturligtvis inte är nödvändigt att balken uppvisar sträckmetallspartier i alla sidorna utan i vissa fall kan det vara lämpligt med sträckmetall i en eller två sidor, t ex två motstående sidor eller i två eller tre angränsande sidor hos en fyrkantig balk. Det är även tänkbart att ha en oval balk, där den ena sidan uppvisar ett sträckmetallparti, medan den andra sidan är obruten. De obrutna kantpartierna kan eventuellt vara försedda med sträckmetallpartier eller lättningshål.
Den metallplåt, av vilken en balk enligt föreliggande uppfinning tillverkas, kan bestå av många olika material, t ex aluminium, stål, järn, etc.
En balk enligt föreliggande uppfinning kan tillverkas i en sträck- metallmaskin, som medger åstadkommandet av sträckmetallpartier, vilka är separerade av obrutna metallplâtspartier, varvid ett pro- filereingsverk och ett falsningsverk eller svetsverk är anordnade direkt efter själva sträckmetallmaskinen. Profileringssverket och falsningsverket eller svetsverket kan vara från sträckmetallmaski- nen skilda verk; En balk enligt föreliggande uppfinning kommer att uppvisa så goda hållfasthetsegenskaper och kan tillverkas till så låga kostnader att den kommer att kunna användas inom byggnadsindustrin såsom bä- rande balk och där ersätta de idag använda träbalkarna både med små och stora dimensioner.
Många modifieringar är naturligtvis tänkbara inom ramen för den i de efterföljande patentkraven definierade uppfinningstanken.
Claims (5)
1. Balk med en åtminstone tvâ sidor uppvisande helt och/eller del- vis sluten profil, kännetecknad därav, att balken är profilerad av en metallplåtsremsa, som uppvisar ett långsträckt sträckmetall- sparti (1,2) för åtminstone den ena sidan hos den färdiga profi- len, att de sidorna förbindande partierna hos metallplåtsremsan är obrutna, att metallplâtsremsans båda mötande kanter är förbundna eller hopkopplade med varandra för bildande av den slutna profi- len.
2. Balk enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att alla sidor- na hos den profilerade metallplåtsremsan uppvisar ett eller flera partier av sträckmetall (1,2).
3. Balk enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att den profi- lerade metallplâtsremsans kanter är förbundna med varandra genom falsning (3) av de obrutna kantpartierna.
4. Balk enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att den profi- lerade metallplâtsremsans kanter är förbundna med varandra genom svetsning.
5. Balk enligt något av de föregående patentkraven, vilken uppvi- sar en fyrsidig sluten profil, kännetecknad därav, att hörnparti- erna är obrutna och att den profilen slutande falsen eller för- bindningen (3) är belägen vid ett av hörnen i de obrutna' kantpartierna.
