Claims (20)

1. Эндоскопическое устройство для соединения тканей, включающее корпус, имеющий первый концевой участок и второй концевой участок, расположенную внутри корпуса устройства между первым концевым участком и вторым концевым участком вакуумную камеру, в которую входит втянутая в нее ткань, сообщающийся с вакуумной камерой вакуумный канал, по которому в вакуумную камеру подается вакуум, иглодержатель, выдвигаемый из первого концевого участка корпуса устройства и способный проходить через вакуумную камеру до второго концевого участка корпуса устройства, способную входить в контакт со вторым концевым участком корпуса устройства иглу, в которую входит иглодержатель, и приемный и выпускной механизм, периодически фиксирующий иглу на втором концевом участке корпуса устройства, в котором к игле прикреплена нить, и игла с прикрепленной нитью способна проходить через вакуумную камеру после того, как иглодержатель входит в иглу.
2. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.1, в котором иглодержатель и игла имеют скошенные наконечники, при этом игла является полой.
3. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.1, в котором удерживающий и выпускной механизм включает приемный канал, в котором с возможностью высвобождения фиксируется игла, и выпускной канал, в котором помещается удерживающий механизм.
4. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.3, в котором выпускной канал имеет протяженность, превышающую протяженность приемного канала.
5. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.3, в котором удерживающий механизм включает клин, имеющий поворотный конец, снабженный прорезью элемент, имеющий вертикальную прорезь, в которую входит поворотный коней клина, и смещающийся элемент.
6. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.5, в котором игла дополнительно имеет прорезь, в которую входит клин, который предотвращает выход иглы из приемного канала, и отверстие для нити.
7. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.6, в котором нить проходит через отверстие в игле.
8. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.7, дополнительно включающее ушко, прикрепленное к свободному концу нити, при этом размер ушка превышает отверстие для нити, чтобы предотвратить выпадение нити из иглы.
9. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.8, в котором смещающийся элемент имеет цилиндр со стопором, выступающим в радиальном направлении от наружной поверхности цилиндра, по меньшей мере один опорный откос со сквозным отверстием, через которое в продольном направлении перемещается цилиндр.
10. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.9, в котором первый конец спирали входит в контакт со стопором, а второй конец спирали входит в контакт со вторым опорным откосом.
11. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.10, в котором клин дополнительно имеет кулачок, который толкает цилиндр в направлении дистального конца устройства, когда клин перемещается вертикально вверх по мере того, как игла выходит из приемного канала, а иглодержатель отводится назад в направлении рабочего канала, при этом спираль находится в сжатом положении между стопором и вторым раскосом.
12. Способ эндоскопического соединения внутренних тканей тела, в ходе осуществления которого направляют в целевую область дистальный конец эндоскопического устройства для соединения тканей, которое имеет вакуумную камеру, в которой прочно фиксируется С-образный участок ткани, иглодержатель, с возможностью высвобождения расположенный на первом концевом участке вакуумной камеры и способный проходить через вакуумную камеру, иглу, расположенную на втором концевом участке вакуумной камеры напротив первого концевого участка, в которую входит иглодержатель, и удерживающий и выпускной механизм, который удерживает и высвобождает иглу, перемещают иглодержатель через вакуумную камеру внутрь иглы, отводят иглодержатель и иглу до первого концевого участка вблизи вакуумной камеры, подают вакуум в вакуумную камеру, и продвигают иглодержатель и иглу до второго концевого участка вакуумной камеры, чтобы соединить друг с другом С-образный участок ткани.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором при продвижении иглодержателя и иглы в направлении второго концевого участка вакуумной камеры через С-образный участок ткани пропускают иглу, к которой прочно прикреплена нить.
14. Способ по п.13, в ходе осуществления которого дополнительно фиксируют иглу при помощи удерживающего и выпускного механизма после того, как игла и нить прошли через С-образный участок ткани, отводят иглодержатель до проксимальной стороны вакуумной камеры, и прерывают подачу вакуума, чтобы высвободить С-образный участок ткани.
15. Способ по п.14, в ходе осуществления которого дополнительно перемещают устройство для соединения тканей на другой участок ткани и захватывают другой участок ткани устройством для соединения тканей путем возобновления подачи вакуума.
16. Эндоскопическое устройство для соединения тканей, включающее средство удержания ткани, в котором прочно удерживается участок ткани и которое имеет первый и второй концы, при этом его второй конец находится напротив первого конца, вакуумное средство, создающее разрежение в средстве удержания ткани, иглодержатель, способный перемешать в продольном направлении через средство удержания ткани, иглу, в которую входит иглодержатель, и удерживающий и выпускной механизм, который удерживает и высвобождает иглу и сообщается со средство удержания ткани, в котором к игле прикреплена нить.
17. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.16, в котором первый конец средства удержания ткани представляет собой первую стенку, а второй конец средства удержания ткани представляет собой вторую стенку, а средство удержания ткани через отверстие в первой стенке сообщается с вакуумным средством.
18. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.17, в котором иглодержатель расположен на первом конце средства удержания ткани, а игла расположена на втором конце средства удержания ткани.
19. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.18, в котором удерживающее и выпускное средство расположено на втором конце средства удержания ткани.
20. Устройство для соединения тканей по п.16, в котором иглодержатель и игла расположены соосно.
