Claims (10)

1. Композиционный материал (10) включающий первый слой пеноуглерода (11), включающий сеть пор (14); второй слой пеноуглерода (13), включающий сеть пор; и промежуточный связующий слой (12), расположенный между первым и вторым слоями пеноуглерода.
2. Композиционный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что промежуточный связующий слой проникает, по крайней мере, в некоторые поры первого слоя пеноуглерода и, по крайней мере, некоторые поры второго слоя пеноуглерода.
3. Композиционный материал по п.2, отличающийся тем, что промежуточный связующий слой проникает в поры первого слоя пеноуглерода на глубину, равную или большую среднего размера пор первого слоя пеноуглерода, и проникает в поры второго слоя пеноуглерода на глубину равную или большую среднего размера пор второго слоя пеноуглерода.
4. Композиционный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что промежуточный связующий слой включает электроизолирующий материал.
5. Композиционный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что промежуточный связующий слой включает электропроводный материал.
6. Композиционный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что каждый из первого и второго слоев пеноуглерода имеет средний размер пор между около 0,25 мм и около 2,0 мм.
7. Токоприемник (2) для батареи (100), включающий композиционный материал по п.1, и по крайней мере, один электрической соединительный элемент (21), расположенный между первым слоем пеноуглерода и вторым слоем пеноуглерода.
8. Батарея (100), включающая корпус (110); положительную клемму (120) и отрицательную клемму (120), расположенную снаружи корпуса; по крайней мере один элемент (130), расположенный внутри корпуса и содержащий, по крайней мере одну положительную пластину и по крайней мере одну отрицательную пластину, подсоединенную к положительной клемме и отрицательной клемме, соответственно, при этом по крайней мере одна положительная пластина включает токоприемник по п.7, имеющий химически активную пасту, расположенную на первом и втором слоях пеноуглерода таким образом, что химически активная паста проникает, по крайней мере, в некоторые поры обоих первого и второго слоев пеноуглерода; и электролитический раствор, заполняющий объем между положительной и отрицательной пластинами.
9. Способ изготовления композиционного материала (1), включающий обеспечение первым слоем пеноуглерода (11), включающим сеть пор (14); нанесение слоя связующего материала (12) на первый слой пеноуглерода; и размещение второго слоя пеноуглеродного материала (13), включающего сеть пор, на слой связующего материала для формирования собранной стопкой структуры.
10. Способ по п.9, далее включающий применение тепла к собранной стопкой структуре и размягчение слоя связующего материала для упрощения проникновения связующего материала в поры первого и второго слоев пеноуглерода; и применение давления к собранной стопкой структуре.
