Claims (15)

1. Фильтр (11) для очистки отработавших газов, образующихся при работе двигателя внутреннего сгорания, выполненный из по меньшей мере одного полосовидного фильтрующего элемента (1), имеющего по меньшей мере один фильтрующий участок (2) из по меньшей мере частично проточного для текучей среды материала, и необязательно фольги (4), отличающийся тем, что фильтрующий элемент (1) имеет по меньшей мере один контактный участок (3) с каталитически активным покрытием для химического превращения газообразных компонентов отработавших газов и фильтрующий участок (2) для отфильтровывания из отработавших газов присутствующих в них твердых частиц.
2. Фильтр (11) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что контактный участок (3) по меньшей мере частично выполнен из фольги (4).
3. Фильтр (11) по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что фольга (4) выполнена микропрофилированной.
4. Фильтр (11) по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что контактный участок (3) по меньшей мере частично выполнен из проточного для текучей среды материала.
5. Фильтр (11) по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что он характеризуется главным направлением потока, в котором через него проходит поток отработавших газов, при этом контактный участок (3) расположен перед, если смотреть в главном направлении потока, фильтрующим участком (2).
6. Фильтр (11) по п.5, отличающийся тем, что контактный участок (3) выполнен с входной торцовой стороны (14) фильтра (11), предпочтительно занимает в продольном направлении менее 20%, наиболее предпочтительно менее 10%, от осевой длины (17) фильтра (11).
7. Фильтр (11) по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что он выполнен из совместно свернутых или скрученных слоев (15, 16), по меньшей мере часть из которых образована фильтрующими элементами (1).
8. Фильтр (11) по п.7, отличающийся тем, что он выполнен из в основном гладких металлических листов (15) и профилированных фильтрующих элементов (1).
9. Фильтр (11) по п.7, отличающийся тем, что он выполнен из в основном гладких фильтрующих элементов (1) и профилированных металлических листов (16).
10. Фильтр (11) по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что фольга (4) и по меньшей мере частично проточный для текучей среды материал неразъемно соединены между собой.
11. Фильтр (11) по п.9, отличающийся тем, что фольга (4) и по меньшей мере частично проточный для текучей среды материал соединены между собой сваркой, пайкой и/или клепкой, предпочтительно сваркой и/или пайкой, наиболее предпочтительно пайкой.
12. Фильтр (11) по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере частично проточный для текучей среды материал состоит из металлических волокон.
13. Способ очистки отработавших газов, образующихся при работе двигателя внутреннего сгорания, прежде всего с использованием фильтра (11) по одному из п.п.1-12, отличающийся тем, что в сотовом элементе одновременно происходит химическое превращение газообразных компонентов отработавших газов и отфильтровывание из отработавших газов присутствующих в них твердых частиц.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что химическое превращение газообразных компонентов ОГ происходит перед, если смотреть в главном направлении движения потока отработавших газов через фильтр (11), отфильтровыванием из отработавших газов присутствующих в них твердых частиц.
15. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что каталитическое превращение газообразных компонентов отработавших газов катализируют с помощью по меньшей мере одного катализатора, предпочтительно катализатора на основе благородного металла.
