Claims (15)
- 少なくとも部分的に流体が貫流する材料から成る少なくとも1つのフィルタ部(2)を備えた少なくとも1つの帯状フィルタ層(1)と、場合によっては金属箔(4)とから形成された内燃機関の排ガスを浄化する排ガスフィルタ(11)において、フィルタ層(1)が、排ガスの気体成分を転換するための触媒活性被覆を備えた少なくとも1つの接触部(3)と、排ガスから粒子を濾過除去するためのフィルタ部(2)とを有することを特徴とする排ガスフィルタ。
- 接触部(3)が少なくとも部分的に金属箔(4)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 金属箔(4)がミクロ組織化されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 接触部(3)が少なくとも部分的に流体が貫流する材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 排ガスフィルタ(11)の主流れ方向に排ガスが貫流し、接触部(3)が前記主流れ方向においてフィルタ部(2)の上流に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 接触部(3)が排ガスフィルタ(11)のガス入口側端面範囲(13)に形成され、排ガスフィルタ(11)の軸長(17)の20%以下、特に10%以下の長手寸法範囲に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 排ガスフィルタ(11)が、少なくとも部分的にフィルタ層(1)である互いに絡み合わされた複数の層(15、16)で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 排ガスフィルタ(11)が、平らな薄板(15)と組織フィルタ層(1)から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 排ガスフィルタ(11)が、平らなフィルタ層(1)と組織薄板(16)から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 金属箔(4)および少なくとも部分的に流体が貫流する材料が、接合技術的に互いに結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 金属箔(4)および少なくとも部分的に流体が貫流する材料が、溶接、ろう付けおよび/又はリベット結合されたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 少なくとも部分的に流体が貫流する材料が、金属繊維で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から11の1つに記載の排ガスフィルタ。
- 特に請求項1から12の1つに記載の排ガスフィルタ(11)で内燃機関の排ガスを浄化する方法において、排ガスの気体成分の転換並びに排ガスからの粒子の濾過除去を、ハニカム体内で行うことを特徴とする排ガスの浄化方法。
- 排ガスの気体成分の転換を、排ガスフィルタ(11)の主流れ方向に関し粒子の濾過除去の上流で行うことを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 気体成分の転換を、少なくとも1つの触媒で行うことを特徴とする請求項13又は14記載の方法。
