Claims (20)
1. Нетканый материал, содержащий первый композитный слой, причем указанный первый композитный слой содержит от около 50 до около 90 мас.% нетермопластичных впитывающих штапельных волокон и от около 10 до около 50 мас.% термопластичных волокон, в котором на первой внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя преобладают волокна, содержащие нетермопластичные впитывающие штапельные волокна, и, кроме того, в котором на второй внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя преобладают волокна, содержащие термопластичные волокна, второй композитный слой, причем указанный второй композитный слой содержит от около 50 до около 90 мас.% нетермопластичных впитывающих штапельных волокон и от около 10 до около 50 мас.% термопластичных волокон, в котором указанный второй композитный слой расположен смежно указанной второй внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя, и, соединенные области, в которых участок указанных термопластичных волокон первого композитного слоя соединен посредством плавления с участком указанных термопластичных волокон второго композитного слоя, и, кроме того, в котором указанные соединенные области содержат множество непрерывных пустот.
2. Нетканый материал по п.1, в котором указанные соединенные области содержат отдельные соединенные точки.
3. Нетканый материал по п.1, в котором указанные соединенные области являются, по существу, пористыми в направлении z.
4. Нетканый материал по п.1, в которой указанные непрерывные пустоты, по существу, обеспечивают поток впитываемых жидкостей внутри соединенных областей.
5. Нетканый материал по п.1, в котором указанные соединенные области являются, по существу, пористыми в направлениях х и у.
6. Нетканый материал по п.1, в котором указанные соединенные области являются, по существу, пористыми в направлениях х, у и z.
7. Нетканый материал по п.1, в котором нетканый материал имеет прочность к расслаиванию в диапазоне от около 50 до около 500 г.

Нетканый материал по п.1, в котором волокна, преобладающие на первой внешней поверхности второго композитного слоя, содержат нетермопластичные впитывающие штапельные волокна, и, кроме того, в котором волокна, преобладающие на второй внешней поверхности второго композитного слоя, содержат термопластичные волокна, и, кроме того, в котором указанная вторая внешняя поверхность второго композитного слоя расположена смежно указанной второй внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя.
14. Нетканый материал, содержащий первый композитный слой, причем указанный первый композитный слой содержит от около 50 до около 90 мас.% впитывающих волокон пульпы и от около 10 до около 50 мас.%, по существу, непрерывных полипропиленовых нитей, в котором указанные впитывающие волокна пульпы и указанные, по существу, непрерывные полипропиленовые нити в первом композитном слое перепутаны вместе, и, кроме того, в котором на первой внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя преобладают волокна, содержащие впитывающие волокна пульпы, и, кроме того, в котором на второй внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя преобладают волокна, содержащие, по существу, непрерывные полипропиленовые нити, второй композитный слой, причем указанный второй композитный слой содержит от около 50 до около 90 мас.% впитывающих волокон пульпы и от около 10 до около 50 мас.%, по существу, непрерывных полипропиленовых волокон, в котором указанные впитывающие волокна пульпы и указанные, по существу, непрерывные полипропиленовые нити во втором композитном слое перепутаны вместе, и, кроме того, в котором волокна, преобладающие на первой внешней поверхности второго композитного слоя, содержат впитывающие волокна пульпы, и, кроме того, в котором волокна, преобладающие на второй внешней поверхности второго композитного слоя содержат, по существу, непрерывные полипропиленовые нити, и, кроме того, в котором указанная вторая внешняя поверхность второго композитного слоя расположена в непосредственной близости к указанной второй внешней поверхности первого композитного слоя, и соединенные области, в которых участок указанных, по существу, непрерывных полипропиленовых нитей первого композитного слоя соединен посредством плавления с участком указанных, по существу, непрерывных полипропиленовых нитей второго композитного слоя, и, кроме того, в котором указанные соединенные области содержат множество непрерывных пустот, в котором нетканый материал имеет прочность к расслаиванию в диапазоне от около 50 до около 500 г.
15. Нетканый материал по п.14, в которой указанные соединенные области, по существу, являются пористыми в направлении z.

19. Нетканый материал по п.18, в котором указанное множество существенных пустот позволяет впитывать жидкости в соединенных областях и обеспечивает возможность их протекания в боковом направлении.
20. Нетканый материал по п.18, в котором указанные соединенные области соединены ультразвуком.
