Claims (10)
1. Реактор для проведения реакции окисления жидкости газом, содержащим кислород, при этом окисляемое соединение и окисляющий газ подают только в основание реактора, отличающийся тем, что реактор разделен на ступени с помощью разделительных тарелок (10), снабженных проходными отверстиями (12), которые совпадают с однонаправленным потоком (Е) реакционной смеси и предотвращают накопление газа под каждой тарелкой.
2. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отверстия (12) имеют поперечное сечение, эквивалентное круглому сечению с диаметром (d12), величина которого находится в интервале от 10 до 100 мм, предпочтительно от 15 до 50 мм.
3.Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что тарелки имеют коэффициент фракционирования (Т) в интервале от 10 до 50%, предпочтительно от 10 до 30%.
4. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отверстия (12) равномерно распределяются по поверхности тарелок (10).
5. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отверстия (12) распределяются в форме треугольников.
6. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отверстия (12) распределяются в форме прямоугольников.
7. Реактор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отверстия (12) распределяются в форме шестигранников.
8. Применение реактора (1) по любому из пп.1-7 в качестве реактора для окисления углеводорода в такие продукты, как гидропероксид, кетон, спирт и/или кислота.
9. Применение реактора по п.8 для окисления циклогексана кислородом или воздухом с образованием гидропероксида циклогексила (НРОСН), циклогексанола (OL), циклогексанона (ONE) и/или адипиновой кислоты.
10. Применение реактора по п.8 для окисления кумола в фенол.
