Abstract
Description
・プレート中の通路孔は、10〜100mmの範囲、好ましくは15〜50mmの範囲の直径の円形断面に等しい断面を有する;
・前記プレートは、10〜50%の範囲、好ましくは10〜30%の範囲の通路孔比を示す(この通路孔比は、プレートの全面積に対するプレートの通路孔に相当する部分の面積の百分率である);
・前記通路孔は、プレート上に実質的に均等に分布される(この場合、これらは、三角形、四角形又は六角形ベースグリッド(配置)で分布される)。
図3は、図2のIII−III線に沿った断面図である。
図4は、ある種の操作条件下における図1の反応器中の2つのレベルの間の圧力差の変化を示すグラフである。
図5は、図3に示したプレートの部分概略図である。

Claims (10)
- 酸素含有気体による液体の酸化反応のための、酸化されるべき化合物及び酸化性気体がもっぱら基部において供給される反応器であって、
セパレータープレート(10)によって複数段に分けられ、
該セパレータープレート(10)には通路孔(12)が設けられ、
該通路孔(12)が反応媒体の一方向性流れ(E)にもっぱら適合し且つそれぞれのプレートの下に気体が蓄積するのを防止することができるものである
ことを特徴とする、前記反応器。 - 前記通路孔(12)が10〜100mmの範囲、好ましくは15〜50mmの範囲の直径(d12)の円形断面に等しい断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記プレートが10〜50%の範囲、好ましくは10〜30%の範囲の通路孔比(T)を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の反応器。
- 前記通路孔(12)が前記プレート(10)上に実質的に均等に分布されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の反応器。
- 前記通路孔(12)が三角形のベースグリッド状に分布されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の反応器。
- 前記通路孔(12)が四角形のベースグリッド状に分布されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の反応器。
- 前記通路孔(12)が六角形のベースグリッド状に分布されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の反応器。
- 炭化水素をヒドロペルオキシド、ケトン、アルコール及び/又は酸のような物質に酸化するために用いるための、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の反応器。
- シクロヘキサンを酸素又は空気によって酸化してシクロヘキシルヒドロペルオキシド(HPOCH)、シクロヘキサノール(OL)、シクロヘキサノン(ONE)及び/又はアジピン酸にするために用いるための、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- クメンを酸化してフェノールにするために用いるための、請求項8に記載の反応器。
